3. You could always pop your board in a Mono case.
4.
Thank you Ian
Who's Ian?
5.
I had no intention of selling mine, then I saw these. Pretty pictures always get me in trouble.
You sir, are incorrigible...
6. I have two of Dave's (OBBM) cables for sale as I fancy trying out the new Sommer cable. 1 x "Bassic Bits" 18 foot, right angle jack to straight jack - £25 new, yours for £18 posted 1 x "Rock Wire" 20 foot, straight SILENT jack to straight jack - £28 new, yours for £20 posted Used, of course, but in good cosmetic condition, both are Klotz AC110 cable with Neutrik jacks. Dave's work is well known round these parts, so you know the quality is second to none. Cheers Gareth
7. Try this
8. Hi Chris How heavy is it, and does it balance well? Colour me very interested! Cheers Gareth
9. Thomann have good stock levels on new and ex-demo XS112s and S212s if anyone is interested.
10. I sold a Mono gig bag to Chris. Excellent comms, prompt payment, what's not to like? I would happily deal with him again.
11. Important to note that Carvin flats are made by La Bella, so an even better deal!
12. Welcome Neil. You were my bass hero when I was growing up....
13.
Yum
No kidding. The 6" driver in these do the business.
14.
The BB2 is only second to a nuns habit when it comes to being untainted.
Early contender for BC Quote of the Year right there
15. Here are my two, a 2013 Recurve "Graft" fretted 5, mahogany over alder, 3 piece 33" scale maple neck, passive, and a 2015 Recurve "Standard" fretless 5, white limba, 3 piece ash/bubinga neck, P-Retro EQ. Totally blown away by how good these basses are. The playability is just second to none. I think this shows why they are called Recurve...
16. The new home page for Tecamp now looks like this, with the statement "THE LATEST INNOVATIONS ARE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU"
17. I bought Ian's ACG. He was very patient while I took some time to get the cash together, answered my numerous questions about the bass in detail and with great patience, and it was sent with packaging that was top notch. We've transacted before, and I suspect we'll transact again. He's a Basschat legend
18. Have you tried adjusting the (basic) bridge too? One possibility would be to fit an aftermarket pickup, such as the Fralin, which i believe does have staggered pole pieces.
