No, not for me, but so many Bacharach & David songs where I can pick out all the string, horn and backing vocal arrangements. Odd one I know!

Personally I do try and have something that looks appropriate, but would have thought the Ibanez really wouldn't look badly out of place in a classic rock band. So sorry, can't tick either option.

Yesterday I bought a pair of Purple Chili cabs from Spencer.b off here. Had one before, but could never get a second, so sold my original one and moved on to a pair of the very nice, but not quite so wonderful, Fender Rumbles. So glad to be back with my preferred cab. Then I realised, along with a recent guitar amp purchase, I've now got the start of a great collection of British made kit: Shuker bass Purple Chili cabs Gordon Smith guitar Award Session amp This was nothing intentional, just seems to be all my favourite kit (barring a US Carvin amp) happens to be made in the UK. Anyone else have a preference? Oh yes, I realise so will post some at the weekend.

Just bought Spencer's two Purple Chili cabs - great price, great condition and a top man to do business with.

Gary Moore was always popping up at local Sussex gigs. He was definitely one of those that needed the on stage gigging buzz. A lot of other players do seem to have the need too, Clapton used to run a gig in his local village hall for many years. Robert Plant seems to be doing lots of side projects to keep his hand in. I'm sure there are plenty of others.

Well it is NOT a Ford C-Max! Recently got one and all seemed great until I put both my cabs in the boot tonight. Ok, I can put the seats up, but I was shocked how small it is 😒
