5. Just a thought; if the amp is sending more lower frequencies than the speaker/s can 'efficiently' handle - isn't that likely to cause 'farting' or at least tend to overwork the drivers? Generally speaking - no specific amp or drivers or cab design.
6. Plenty on ebay - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Fender-Standard-Threaded-Bass-Bridge-Saddles-for-P-Or-J-Jazz-/391093396428?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5b0efba3cc
7. I can't see a problem maybe a longer strap would help
8. Short answer = NO. You won't have access to the buyer's details for a start & the item link you posted says "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available" so how do you know it is sold? You could try contacting the seller & see what the situation is, he would be able to give you the buyer's details if it was sold & if you asked nicely
9. Kit made & ready to go Cheerz, John

14.
My mex p has a solid brass pot shaft and solid metal knob.. Have they gone cheap?
Not 'gone cheap' if they are CTS pots, solid or splined shafts are the same price but require different knobs to suit. The OP doesn't say what shafts his has. Other pots are available of course The split shaft splined type are not designed for knobs with a grub screw fitting, they are generally a internal splined knob with a push on fit.
15. If it's a grub screw knob onto a split/splined shaft - line up the screw so that it goes in in line with the split & tighten fully!
16. I must have been asleep when I was searching last night Cheerz, John
