I have recently acquired this 2003 AVRI 62 P complete with unopened covers, lead and manuals. It is in very nice condition and sounds lovely with a lightly used set of La Bella LTFs. I think it may stay with me for a while.....

Great that you have a Jazz, that’s what I started with! Not long after I discovered Precisions........but kept the Jazz....then I discovered....and soon I had a different bass for everyday of the week! Welcome!

Thanks, it is indeed a beauty. Got it out today for a little noodle and it sounds and plays great. I would happily keep it if I hadn’t fallen for Precisions with a C width neck.

Glad you love it! 😁 I am just being honest and as acknowledged by @Cliff Edge providing a little bit of reassurance. 🤞 I have provided my balanced opinions earlier in the thread - I will not buy anything expensive or pre-owned from BD due to bad experiences. I will also not send them anything to sell on commission, again due to a bad experience, but for strings, they get my business.

BD are my go to for strings and have ordered many sets over the years. Never had an issue and delivery is usually within 2 or 3 days from order.
