  1. Very nice and it has a beautiful selection of woods.
  2. Joel just bought my 70’s FSR Precision. Great communications throughout and he arrived when he said he would to collect the bass. A true gent and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting all things bass as well as listening to his great playing. I can’t get Disco Inferno out of my head now though! Deal in total confidence.
  3. It looks fantastic and I imagine it feels fantastic too! I’m sure it sounds and plays rather good as well. Lovely!
  4. I’m going for a no! 😁
  5. I have no idea how pawn shops do their research but hopefully like many of us they would turn to google. If so, a quick search for Moon 6 string bass brings up this thread on the first page of the google results. Let’s hope the toad walks into a decent shop and they nab him!
  6. That looks like a great example! The case is rather nice too!
  7. I have the same series P from 2014. Fantastic basses and the one I tend to grab and play most often. GLWTS.
  8. I bought a set of the HB flats (100s) and they sounded okay straight out of the packet. Quite bright with equal output. I did find them reasonably taught, but as my favourite flats are La Bella Low Tensions, that is hardly a surprise! Certainly good value for money. The ball end colours reminded me of D’Addarios......
  9. Jason bought a Precision from me. Fantastic friendly communications throughout and payment made sooner than promised. Thank you Jason, enjoy the P!
  10. I’m saddened and sickened to read this. We can but hope the toad lists it for sale somewhere and an eagle-eyed BassChater spots it.
  11. Yes, made in Mexico. MX17 serial number and Fender serial number look up says it was ‘born’ in March 2018.
  12. 2018 Fender LTD 70’s Precision. Ash body with a Maple neck and fingerboard and the very unusual black binding makes this an unusual and rare bass. I understand these have American pickups which certainly explains why it sounds so good! The tuners are the 70 style complete with Fender embossed on the plates. The frets are in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. The body, headstock and pickguard finish is not highly glossy but more of a satin finish which looks and feels great. I sense a previous owner may have used a very, very fine sandpaper to dull the finish. There are no significant dings and it has a very nice action. The Fender Deluxe gig bag is in great shape too. Please feel free to ask any questions and shipping is available at buyer’s cost and risk - but it will be packed very well! Collection in person is most welcomed.
  13. Great compact set-up. I have always loved my PJB gear. GLWTS.
  14. Rod bought a Fender hard case from me. A straight forward no messing transaction and he collected the case the next day. Thanks Rod and great chatting with you.
  15. Alain bought a set of TI flats from me. Great communications throughout and instant payment. Highly recommended buyer. Thank you.
  16. Thank you, great advice. I have managed to test it this morning with my Minimark - it sounded rather nice!
  17. I had the T500 for a while, loved it…..don’t really know why I sold it! Super compact and very loud! GLWTS
