  1. I believe they are 38 inches from ball end to taper. The back of the packet states 36 inch scale used for tension measurements. The extra length should allow more scope for stringing through body basses. Hope that helps?
  2. This used to belong to me! It’s a very nice bass, well made, plays great and sounds great! GLWYS.
  3. One bid only. £75. Sadly, not me!
  4. Nice bass! What are those ‘squares’ on two of the neck screws?
  5. This is very tempting. Just a bit concerned that my 300 watt 4ohm cab would suffer! GLWYS
  6. I had never heard of Montypresso.......just had an internet search.....very interesting and looks like it certainly can darken up those light ‘boards. Nice tip! Thank you.
  7. @soulstar89 has a wanted ad for one of these.
  8. And you would sand them off....why? 😁
  9. Slight blemish.........oh yes, ever so slight, in fact I had to zoom in to notice it!!!
  10. Just read it and thinking exactly the same!
  11. The seller says there no serial number or Country of manufacture anywhere on the bass.....
  12. It might be worth asking a kind Mod to move this post to the Basses for Sale section. GLWYS.
  13. Apologies - no idea how / why I managed to duplicate this post!
  14. It’s rumoured they heard that it was cool to have a cigarette burn or two on an old bass....... What a bad way to wreck what was most likely a very nice bass.

  16. Thanks Jem! You are most welcome to pay me another visit to try this and the LPB Precision......
  17. S’manth bought a PJB C4 cab from me. Payment was super fast, thank you. Unfortunately the little cab had an additional noise that I had not heard during my ownership - needless to say, I was horrified to learn of this. S’manth was incredibly understanding and was determined to seek the source of the noise. During all of our communications she remained extremely friendly (and patient!) and thanks to the great BC community, thankfully, a simple fix was found and I’m delighted to know the cab is now behaving perfectly. My offer of a partial refund to reflect the angst caused was turned down.... what can I say! A real credit to the BC community.
  18. These are great! I recently bought one and love it! The tilt control works really well, as do the other controls. Bargain.
