Yamaha Bass for sale … 4 string with active bass and treble controls. From around 2001ish possibly ? It is near mint condition. No knocks scrapes or anything else... The gold hardware is untarnished. I have set it up with new recently fitted D'Addario 40-100 Pro Steel strings. Action is adjusted low, pretty much in the intonation ballpark, its been lemon oiled, polished and Silvo'd also. Just looking to free up money again, so moving this bass on. The low end sounds huge on this! Just the bass nowt else included, may need a day or 2 to sort out the packaging. One point to consider is that although I think it might be my one and only guitar lead playing up a bit, it *may* possibly need a replacement barrel jack socket or even just a bit of resoldering. I found the sound has cut off a couple of times when I knocked the lead. Generally it seems fine though. Payment can be bank transfer or Paypal gift payment, either is ok with me. Anyway I'm Looking for £180 which will include a signed for courier service to UK Mainland only.... therefore considering this and its age and condition, I won't entertain offers of part exchanges with girlfriends/ wives / pets/ milk bottle tops or groats...or goats I have feedback also somewhere for you to check out! 🤪

Strange as I bought a set of Elixir strings where I had pretty much the same problem on the E string on my Les Paul bass... to do with the fact of having the extra length to travel due to the 2 piece Warwick bridge... In your case it's because stringing through the body has added the extra length therefore the taper ends up on the nut.

This isn't exactly being mistaken for someone famous as such , but at a pub gig somewhere in Birmingham years ago a rather nice drunk person wobbled their way up to me between songs and shouted "god you're an ugly fu**er, but you're a sh*t hot bass player". To someone who is a) drunk and b) probably never even seen someone play a bass guitar before, anyone playing the damn thing is going to be "sh*t hot " 🤨 At the end of the same gig while loading cars etc... we were told "you lot should of been playing Wembley f*ckin stadium not a pub"... Due to look on their face , we didn't take that as a "you should be famous" compliment but rather something to do with everything being turned up to 11 on our amps for the past 2 hours. 🤪

I think that model was called the Orion , I bought my son one years ago. They dabbled in electrics and basses for a while but now are just focussed on 6 string acoustics. Sounds great , looks great, not too heavy so not much to grumble about at this price! And the buyer can also proudly display this certificate on their wall ……….

well..... Here it is folks, the one you have all been hoping I would sell!... Yes that's right ! It's the Caline CP-60 Bass Driver + DI... the stuff of now near mythical status, and it could be yours for just £22.50 ! Due to getting migraines from looking at the bright yellow metal case (with true bypass switch), I am letting this go to a new owner to try out. Comes with box, battery clip thing and most importantly the free little rubber feet ! .. Caline "World's Cutest And Possibly Smallest ™️" power supply not included. Due to anticipating a surge of enquiries and offers, postage will only be offered to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ONLY. included in sale price. No time wasters , dreamers or tyre kickers this is grown up's stuff. Cheers, James.

Line 6 M9 effects unit in great overall condition fully working, just very small minor marks here and there... I won't go into all the details as there's just too much to list. There's Loads of info online. I'm sure most will be aware how good these are anyway and what they can do.... just a bit too much for my use ! I'm just looking to free some money up at the moment! No offers at this price. No box just the unit itself. Please note that I had to do a repair to the power supply plastic pin... it is working fine though I would suggest buying a new correct spec. replacement which are cheap on ebay , (about £10), hence why I am selling at this price. Payment can be bank transfer or Paypal gift payment, either is fine. Postage will be a signed for courier to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ONLY, and is included in selling price.

Lovely Gemini bass by Adam Black Guitars. It is in pretty much immaculate condition..….Am just looking to free some money up at the moment! Pretty much no neck dive also. Comes with decent wiring and full size alpha pots with room to add more stuff if you are into tinkering with electronics etc. Comes with a decent gig bag too. No offers at this price! Price includes courier costs to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ONLY! Payment can be bank transfer or Paypal gift payment either is fine with me. Cheers, James

Try a Hipshot bass xtender key and get a replacement "double- stop" lever for it. You can then drop a 4 string down to D and then again down to low B. I bought one and they are great! Worth thinking about at least. 🎸

And another thing ! Everlasting bass strings. Piano-like sustain and chime forever! Will still sound as good as the first day they were removed from the packet.. in 5000 years time! … I would be happy to fit those to my bass with no volume and tone controls. ... maybe not the best idea for a business though. 😎

I would love to see a bass with no tone or volume controls, just a quality bridge, and a good pickup wired straight to a jack socket..... Would it sell? who knows, I would buy one though 'cos tone and volume controls get on my moobs in all honesty (even though I end up faffing about with the electrics sometimes!) ... everything generally just gets put to "10" on my basses regardless. 🤪

I'm pretty certain Tech 21 are not too worried about their business collapsing because of Caline selling a few bass driver clone pedals. To be fair to them, Caline don't pretend they are innovating or coming up with original designs, so that's ok with me... I knew what I was buying and as pointed out... clone pedals are a good option to go for when money isn't there to invest in the "real deal", or to simply see if it's the right thing that is needed for required setup. Both points are valid in my case... I would mostly certainly get a Sansamp at this point if I had the cash to do it as I *now know* it's the right thing I was looking for, which wouldn't happen at all without the purchase of the Caline pedal! On a similar note, I also bought a Caline pressure tank compressor as it is based on the much more expensive to get hold of Diamond compressor. I like that style of compression but found it wasn't what I was looking for in my current small pedal setup so I sold it.... I have a lot less respect for the likes of Behringer who rip off other companies inventions and think throwing the word "Ultra- * randomly into every bloody sales ad makes it look like something new and exciting they have come up with themselves. 🤪
