Great song. We used to play it. Luckily there was a quality bass transcription alongside the guitar in a magazine our guitarist had.

I bought one earlier this year. Lots of love from them here which helped my choice. Only got to gig with it 3 times before lockdown.

The prospect of the Gallaghers being at a shooting club is plausible, but surely another attempt with the cannon and a larger charge would have been performed?

'She's buying a stairway to heaven.' You don't buy a stairway to a place, you buy it for a place. The existence of heaven is unknown too. Back to Champagne Supernova. 'Slowly walking down the hall. Faster than a cannonball.' Really, how does that work then?

Has Brian May only ever used one guitar?

Same here. My custom plugs have kept me going. So good I use them when riding my motorcycle too and listening to music through my headset.

Another one to add to the collection. Great sound and version.

Always on. With my Ashdown RM500 evo 2 and my previous TC Classic 450 Spectracomp

I'm borrowing a friend's Marcus Miller Jazz which is definitely not boring and is giving me GAS.

Bought a Trace Elliot Series 6 AH200 amp from Loz. A very pleasant transaction and great comms. Another courier issue (don't ship on a Friday 😁) but not a problem. Well packaged, and as described. Deal with confidence. Many thanks.

I live in South Devon. Plenty of live music here. Can't vouch for North Devon or Cornwall but check Lemonrock. If Dave Holwil's book 'Weekend Rockstars' is anything to go by then North Devon is fine. What the post Covid live music scene will be like is anyone's guess!

From what i remember very good. Although just hanging out with Guy at the Manson's stand at their guitar show was better. It was then end of the show and he was hanging around as he had a stand up gig in Exeter that evening. We kept him company for a while and i bought his book which he signed for me.

What phone are you using? I have no problem with my Samsung S7 ane using the 'click to choose files' below and selecting one. I do however compress any photo before uploading. -
I have had the pleasure of playing Guy's bass many years ago but didn't have my ruler with me😀

That's stunning. How does the neck compare to other jazzes and bass? I don't mind the narrow neck at the nut but prefer a wider neck at the 12th fret. I'm currently borrowing a Marcus Miller Jazz which has a neck that i really like.

Time for another eye test!

Nice collection, but surely the 2 acoustics should have been relegated to the back row 😁. This is Basschat!

Time for an update, albeit a temporary one. Left to right. My Stingray, Sterling Sub and Aria Pro 2 SB600 fretless. The last 2 are being looked after as my friend is off to Spain. Another Aria Pro 2 with a through neck (not sure which model) and a Marcus Miller Fender Jazz. I'm really digging The Jazz. Never really tried one for any length of time but this is amazing. The neck is fantastic. Not tried it through my rig yet, only my headphones but sounds good. Shame we aren't gigging as it would be there! This is fueling my GAS!

I too think its an AH200. I used to have one and can't see any difference.

I've just been watching Anna Sentina. Very impressive playing. She's a multi instrumentalist and collaborates with others. Her videos are very well put together and she covers quite a few styles. https://www.youtube.com/user/Lilchoccarrier Of course Guy Pratts lockdown licks are the best!

Showaddywaddy did the two drummer act at times.

Nothing wrong with the BF Two10 for gigging I can assure you.
