1. Sony mini disc deck player / recorder, model MDS S38, in good working order. Comes with remote control, operating instructions, 2 x phono leads, 6 x discs & disc bag. There are some signs of wear, especially on the top and 1 side, as it is has been used live and taken to gigs to play backing tracks. For sale at £50 which includes postage to mainland UK. 2. I have 2 and they are very useful. There is a good YouTube video for tuning them. Check tuning before each gig and off you go. Some good tips already posted. Once you get used to them its all good.
3. My old Trace AH200 running at 4 ohms was loud enough for most pub gigs without PA support and I rarely went past 2 on the main volume output.
4. They were very good. Ok now. 4 is the max but possibly 1 or 2 too many. Mind you I can't real talk as we do 4 ACDC songs in our set.
5. I have recent;y bought a Retro Two10 of FuNkShUi. It came with the glue and stick kit. I have applied it and will see how long it lasts, but i will be living with it. Great sounding cab.
6. It's a great song and a good bass line. We do it in our band. I suggest learning it properly, it's not too difficult. Don't be tempted to make bits of it up and be a bit lame. I have heard bass players do this and it's not good IMO. And as others have said, use a pick.
7. Shameless plug. I'm selling my AH200 on here. It is flight casesed wirh a TE UV light but im able to sell them all separately. Trace stuff is great. I have just bought va TC classic 450 and am very happy with that too.
8. I sold my compressor pedal to Scott. A pleasure to deal with. Fast payer and good coms.
9. Interesting. I originally had a clear perspex one for my Ray which is great. I now have a mirrored one. I might dig out the clear one and come up with something for a change at times.
10. Not sure about 6 or 9 at time, i must confess.
11. PRICE DROP BUMP Now advertised elsewhere so must go.
12. Bump
13. Thanks guys. I'm going to go with my initial thoughts. Standard AmpGuard cover with place holder strap under. I too will have it in the back of a car with everything else. Pockets will get in the way and my gig bags have all my leads. Will probably pass on the logo as it will not be see much.
14. I'm thinking of buying a cover for my Barefaced Two 10 which i recently bought off here. I'm curious to know what options are popular with those how have bought or ordered them. AmpGuard, FoamGuard or DustGuard cover Seam Bining Colour Cable Pocket Placeholder Strap Board Pouches Handle Hole Flaps Obviously it's down to personal preference. My initial thoughts are, is the FoamGuard worth going for in addition to the AmpGuard. The placeholder strap looks handy. I don't need cable pockets or handle hole flaps.
15. I recently bought a pack of 3 from strings direct as they were on offer so i thought i'd give them a go. They seem fine to me and i would consider getting them again. You don't say what you make of them.
16. Price drop bump.
17. I bought a Barefaced cab off Kert. He was very helpful throughout the transaction and most accommodating in meeting up to complete the sale.

21. I am selling my old Series 6 Trace Elliot AH200 head and Trace Elliot 1U rack mounted UV light all of which is flight cased in a Thon 3U aluminium flight case. I have recently bought a TC Classic 450 off itsmedunc here and this must go. I am asking for [s]£280[/s] £230 for the lot. All the stickers are included! The cab show in the picture is not included. I have had the amp for 21 years and it has served me very well, but I now fancy a change. I have had it serviced / repaired twice when i had some minor problems some years ago. It it well protected now and very easy to transport and store. You should know the deal with these old school TE heads by now. Loads of power and headroom. Inputs for passive or active. Input gain. 12 band graphic with mid pre shape. DI out with pre / post eq. Effects loop. Line in & out. Master volume. Headphones socket. 2 x 6.5mm jack outputs for speaker connection at the rear. The TE UV light was an eBay buy some years ago. These are not easy to find now are are quite rare. There are other rack mounted UV lights, but not with the TE logo. Both the light and amp are powered by a single 'Y' cable which is supplied. There are no speaker cables supplied. This combined package weighs in at 15kg and measures 54x46x18cm unpackaged. Collection is fine from South Devon, or you can arrange for a courier to collect at your expense. I will also consider meeting up part way upon agreement. I will consider splitting them up. The costs would then be, excluding delivery. AH200 - [s]£180[/s] £150 (will also include rack ears) UV Light - [s]£60 [/s]£50 Flight case - [s]£40[/s] £30
