3. Blues rock band need vocalist, playing 60 early 70 blues rock. All over 45, we have our own rehearsal room with full PA. Songs by Free, Cream, Thin Lizzy, Santana etc although songs would be changed to suit new singer if needed, but must be of same style. We rehearse Wednesday afternoon so might suit retired person. We play to a great standard, have a laugh, a cold beer doing music we love. We just need a vocalist. Ta very glad BIGd
 4. A friend of mine is looking to sell a Peavey t45 bass, she would like some information on this to put in her add. I don't know anything about these basses, so I thought I would tap into the Basschat pool of knowledge. I bet we have a t45 Yoda on ear. "Bass you have, knowledge I give". Ta very glad BIGd

 11.
You could try speaking to these people - http://www.furmansou...v=03&id=WHY_PWR But their equipment will cost around £200. I've never used one of these devices so I can't say if this would cure your particular problem or not. I would go around the house checking for any light dimmers, fluorescent lights, or low energy bulbs first. Try switching these off to see if that eliminates the noise - if you're lucky then it might just be one particular light fitting that is causing the problem. Fridges can also cause problems when the compressor switches on and off, but there's not a lot you can do about that !
I'm going to retry the second part of this idea, just coz it's the cheapest. Then I'm not sure what to do next. I know it's not other gearcausing this as It's a problem when just using my PC .......... Thanks for all ideas up to now
 12. I am just getting back into recording using my Pc. My electrics at home fluctuate, you can see it when you have lights on etc. This is I think the cause of a noise problem I'm having when using my studio software. I keep getting quite a loud pop & back ground sounds. Can I fit something in line or inside my Pc to stop this problem. I already use an anti surge multi socket. Ta very glad Dale
 13.
I asked who you thought was more influential to modern music -- which person, player, band, composer -- like that.
I don't think that can possibly be put down as 1 band or composer, music is too big a thing, everybody who listens, plays or performs music has an influence. To say 1 band etc is responsible for the music we listen to today is unrealistic. Music is a very personal thing, one persons moving piece of music is another persons flat durge. Just open you ears, and have a listen !
 14.
??? Music is made by people.
I don't understand your point ??
 15.
Who, in your opinion, did?
No one person or band........... music or sounds did.
