If meet up don't forget to add "go go" cost. Ta very glad Dale I can get some pictures if needed.
  5. Why wouldn't you, get to play with others, maybe a pint afterwards, whats to think about ? As a musician don't you just like to play. I don't understand the "I'll do it for money" way of thinking. I'm a musician, I play because I enjoy making music, this is best done with other musicians . I am a bass player, a musician. I am not a breadhead Ta very glad Dale
  6. Ok then £1.50 final offer
  7. would you include p+p in my offer ?
  8. £1.25p, sounds about right to me.
  9. I use nothing but flats. The only way you are going to answer your questions is "Suck it & See" buy um, fit um, play with um & see what ya fink. Nuff said. Ta very glad Dale

  11. Hi Chris, shame this amp has not worked out for you, as you have said it really is a fantastic bit of kit. Sound wise it is very, very loud but not in a hard sounding sort of way. Very versatile with most things controllable via the foot switch. Combo has really not been used very much and is in like new condition. Hope you find a deal Ta very glad Dale (BIGd)
  12. Please read the rules before posting items for sale.
  13. I'll take that as No Deal then.
  14. How about 15p inc post
  15. You have a P.M.
  16. Well done, not before time IMHO. Ta very glad Dale
  17. I will really only be playing the bass plugged in so you have just confirmed what I thought, flats it is then, thanks Guys Ta very glad Dale
  18. This may seem like a silly question but, I use flats on my electric basses. I have just bought an acoustic bass and I really don't like the strings that are on it, they seem to be acoustic strings. Is there any reason I should not put flats on an acoustic ? I don't think it would do any harm but, if anybody knows different please let me know. Ta very glad Dale
  19. I have a Boss bass flanger if you fancy it, box etc. Ta very glad Dale
  20. I have had this from new, great sound, beautiful looking. It just doesn't get played. Had very little use, never been giged. Comes with gig bag. I have listed this item on evilbay with a start price of £330. I'm open to offers but don't want to sell for a great deal less the the ebay price. Make me an offer you never know. Would be up for a trade for a usa or Jap Fender Jazz, sorry but I can't put any cash into a trade. Ta very glad Dale
  21. What will be really strange is when you come across this bass, where you left it, in your house ! Ta very glad Dale
  22. Just done a gear exchange with Chris, in a dark motorway service station near Birmingham. Top man very easy to deal with. I think if security had clocked us, they might have thought something very very dodgy was going on. Big things being swapped from car to car, very suspicious indeed. Great to meet you Chris. thanks again Ta very glad Dale
