Well, I had read about Esperanza in the usual publications and found it hard to believe that a "Chick" could hack it. I was impressed with the overall sound of the band, the musical style and the way she fronted the band. I am looking forward to Friday, you get a singing bass player fronting a band, writing, arranging and all the "Jazz" that goes with it, it takes a special kind of individual to do that, Esperanza does it in spades. For me anyway.

Looking forward to Friday, she's so slim she could hide behind an NS upright.

Feedback for naov Well what can I say, bought Alex's Bonafide and XS112, after a bit of negotiations and some grief from a Bank Transfer Alex got the money and 11 days later (I know) I got the kit. Not anyone's fault, couriers can't travel through France on a weekend or Bank Hoiiday !!! Bonafide and Cab in magnificent condition, as advertised, complete with covers. I had also bought an XS115 to match the rig, they both arrived this Tuesday. The Rig is Phenominal, best I have ever used and that's just a thrash in the living room. The bottom line is, it was a pleasure doing business with you Alex, it looks and does what it says on the tin fabnificently. Good guy deal with confidence Oldman

Tecamp Puma 350 and Tecamp L115 - £650 WITHDRAWN!
Oldman replied to clarkpegasus4001's topic in Amps and Cabs For Sale
This is an endorsement type Bump for Tecamp and Tony: Guys, buy this, I bought the Tecamp Bonafide on this here forum, it arrived yesterday, I was on for this Cab but it would'nt fit my car (bear with me) so I pulled a smaller Tecamp cab the XS115 the Bona came with an XS112. The Pre-amp section of the Bonafide is the same as this Puma. I have just been having a blast and I am very pleased with the results of the Taste control and the way everything interacts. Tried the Streamliner and my Fretless it goes from Bark to Bite in the twist of a dial. Furthermore this Cab the L115 will give you all the Low B you will ever require at 30Hz. Oh, and this is an inexpensive way to go Tecamp. Excited Tecamp rant over -

I can attest to the magnificence of this underrated 'Combo, I owned one from 2003 for two years before I went all girlie lightweight, used it with a Marshall 4x10" as an extension a real powerhouse with 'in-house' effects to rival proprietary pedals. This is one loudly competent Amp at a spiffingly good price.

Alec bought my Epi UL112 after agreeing to purchase should my initial purchaser not proceed. Withing a couple of minutes of Alec saying he would buy, I checked a PM from my buyer who could'nt complete. Alec popped the Pay Pal Gift in place Wednesday, I packed up the Cab Wednesday night, took it into work for collection, it was collected Thursday (yesterday) about 14:00Hrs and delivered to Alec today at 12:30Hrs. Probably the smoothest, quickest transaction ever. Great doing business with your Alec, thanks.

Never really had GAS until WoodyRATM told me what it meant and I realised I have always had it. Turned me on to the Basschat Forum and I am now a registered addict. Changed out a lot of stuff since I first joined in 2009, hankered after a Tecamp Bonafide when I read a review but let it lie whilst I faffed around with an AER Amp One (brilliant) and a Roland Sub (what a thumper). Sold that set up on here and bagged a Genz Streamline 6.0 and a PJB8B great sound but, you know how it is. Changed out the PJB bought an Epi Ps112, followed by an Epi UL2 112 followed by a Tecamp old style C115 (super low). I had looked for a Tecamp dealer in the UK, none. Then, out of the blue a Bonafide comes up on here, it comes with an XS112 (8 Ohms), I needed another Cab to get the benefit of both channels, looked at the L115 on here but bugger me if it wont fit in the car. I had sold the Epi PS112 and decided to go for the Bonafide, sold the Genz (here) sold the Epi UL2 112 and cleared out some pedals surplus to ability and a couple of bits that have been hanging around, money for the deal all sorted. So, for me my GAS for a rig is about to be realised, Bonafide and Cab arrives next week to coincide with an XS115 (8 Ohms) direct from Tecamp. Now, basses, well different story, similar but different, Osprey Guitars, AKA Ou7shined is building me a Tony Franklin Lookalike (unlined Fretless) and not finding a Thumb 4 unlined Fretless (NT of course) I bought a Streamer 5 bolt on Fretless (unlined) also being sorted by Osprey. Just need to learn or play and get a gig or three now.....................

You will really like that Streamliner 9, blending the input valvey knob with the gain gives a wonderfull warm just below growl sound and beyond. And the nice valvey glass things with the blue light susblime.

Was it really that long ago................

I saw them and it did remind of Janis Joplin "Blues Shouter", I downloaded the album yesterday from iTunes. On that particular programme in a wilderness of dull music they shone.
