    Ah, you’ll love this. I went through the whole rigmarole again, checking leads, checking earths, everything. Then I looked at the signal chain, changed the battery in the Bass…….. guess what? Hiss, she vanish like the wind. Twin channels is us, B3n through one, straight through the other, my bass sound unmodified and the other channel with whatever takes my fancy. So happy bunny, rehearsing with it in full flight next week. Thanks for all your assistance guys muchly appreciated, it’s pays to ask🤔👍

    Thanks I’m giving it a thorough test when I get back home later tomorrow. The hissing is accentuated when the tone controls are advanced but never quite go away when retarded to Zero. I know bass amps hiss when tone controls are advanced specially mid and treble. I need to try this with me distanced from it to see if it is cutting through. I could, of course back the tones right off and use an outboard Pre amp pedal, but that rather defeats the exercise of twin channels.

    I have just acquired a BG 400 plus C4, there is a hiss from the mid and treble controls when advanced past 12, with very little reduction when turned anti clockwise. I wanted the two channel option, having a Zooom B3n means I can adjust pre amps on one of the inputs and perhaps negate the use of the tone controls on that channel and perhaps use a Pre on the other channel. But, that’s not the point IMO there shouldn’t be the amount of hiss there is. Do I have to live with this? Or is there a diagnostic remedy? Help or advice will be gratefully received.

    The thing I like is the Guitar Lab GUI it works, all others I have tried needed a lifetime learning curve, this is a doddle whilst the others are a diddle.

    Endorsement: I have used one of these for over 20 years, never let me down, ever. Battery cover broke some years ago, it’s gaffer taped on. This is, in my opinion, the best value for money in a piece of wireless kit. I nearly bit on this as a backup. GLWTS

    Took this in a few weeks ago to ‘Fortify’ the bottom end of the Studio 210, it works a treat. However, we are going backline for monitoring and “In Lug” for the “Mix”. It’s no longer needed. Best describes ‘As New’ , Roqsolid cover and original packing means you get it at a 20% discount to a new purchase plus £40.00 worth of Roqsolid. Bite my hand off😱 won’t you?     I have a new Metro 16, it’s immaculate as new, no Velcro has tainted its surface, either on top or below. Here’s the tale: I had a Metro 16, for some reason Pre drilled by the previous owner, it came in a hard-case. It was encumbered with Velcro, I bought a new one in a soft case sold the old one in the new soft case (bargain) kept the hard-case, you still with me? Determined not to feck with the new Pedaltrain I fastened pedals to it with industrial rubber bands tied off with cable ties! ( I’ll post a snap later ). This works a treat, now though I need the longer Metro 20…. This immaculate Metro 16 is yours inc hard case for £50.00 The hard case has usage marks, the metro hasn’t. I will throw in some lazzy bands and cable ties, no Velcro. Andertons have Softcase Metro 16’s in at £65.00 and hard case at £85. Remember this is pristine and a hard case. Posted to you UK mainland in the price. Thanks for looking, snaps of my innovative fixing method to follow 🤫 No cheeky low ball offer’s guys 🤔
