  1. Can I have a snap of the rear please, if it’s not too much trouble 😎
  2. Replied. Just for clarity, I’m selling this magicians hat as a Combo, I am not inclined to separate head from body. 😎
  3. PRICE REDUCED TO £575.00 Meet up within 50/75 miles, courier/post by arrangement at your cost, Europe doable as well. This is a fantastic price for £1,500.00 quids worth of bass. Bart’s, Bag, tutorial, new strings, set up Phew!
  4. Thanks. It is indeed, I was surprised at the quality, on a par with Overwaters I have owned and with the Bart’s superior to other mainstream Basses.
  5. Made in China Set up in the USA by “Johnny B Goods” sister I trust that answers your question 👍
  6. UI bought this on this here forum a while back. Sent it to my luthier man with a new set of MTD strings for a set up, clean and check up. I was keen to learn this with the extra string so I bought a ‘Tutorial’. Ha! Needless to say it’s still sat sitting there unused apart from the odd noodle. Gave it a blast thro’ my ‘Rig’, the Bart Pre and Pups really sing compared to anything I’ve used before. This specification puts the retail price up there in the £1,500.00 ball park, grab a 35” scale bargain. Gig Bag, tutorial (online registration unused) and, obviously, the new strings and set up all in the price, collection or meet up. For overseas shipping the bass will be well packed. Cost at the expense of recipient. With all the Malarkey that’s going on, no gigs, corvid jobby, a minor health issue (now) its not going to be used by me, in the foreseeable future. This bass is Immaculate, it plays like a dream, the neck is particularly smooth and easy to reach even the dusty end. It looks good, for the life of me I regret not discovering MTD Basses earlier on in my GAS quest! There you have it. String width at the Nut = from ‘B’ 10mm, 10mm, 9mm, 9mm, 8mm. String width at the Bridge = from ‘B’ 18mm each string. I’m sticking to 5ivers and MTD are in my sights. Could look at a partial trade, but this is priced to sell, so don’t be offended if I say no thank you. Thanks for looking
  7. Partial Trades are acceptable, (with some beer tokens my way) in the form of Heads, Mesa D800, D800 +, Darkglass, Magellan 800, Quilter bass block 800, Genz Benz Shuttlemax 9.2/12.2 that kind of thing, with any footswitchy kit as well. I’m cabbed out but would consider a Genzler 12:3 Thanks for looking 🤗
  8. I did rather think this little gem would be of use in a Blues/Jazzy type trio. It’s neat, full sounding, handles a ‘B’ very loud on its own louder with an extension cab (GK NEO 112 available). This little piece of electrickery will run three 8 Ohm cabs into 2.67 Ohms (Switchable 8-4-2.67). Three cabs this sings. But, it’s not going to happen, not this year or anytime soon so this little ‘Rig’ is up for grabs including £65.00 quids worth of Gig Bag, meet up in Leicestershire or 50 miles distance or so. Cash, PayPal Friends, Bank Transfer. GENZLER WWW Gubbins: https://www.genzleramplification.com/shop/magellan-350-combo/ FRONT: Instructions (as if you didn’t know) Backside: Rear and Gig Bag :

    *SOLD

I think a rubber/copper shield moveable between would do it.

I’m confused: You said: It's a pickup switch between them, so it's always active. Then you said: That’s an active passive switch So what is it?

That switch, is it each and both? Dumb question I know 😬
  12. I do so wish I wasn’t so old and decrepit, this was my dream rig after seeing Doug Wimbish many years ago. I could probably manage to lift the mains cable now 🤗
  13. Your local Telly shop will have packaging, I get anything I need local, they’re glad to get rid. At your price it would be easy enough split the body and neck reduce the package size and lessen the chance of breakage, buyer re-assembles. Simples
  14. Ah, I fell in love with the Streamer when I saw Doug Wimbish playa workshop in Aberdeen, 1988 I think, R & B didn’t have one so I bought the Thumb instead, still have it. Good luck Luke this’ll fly away.
