  1. Y’know, I should have kept the Genz and the cabs, great rig GLWTS 😎
  2. I initially commissioned this bass from Mark, I didn’t spec anything other than make it look old, he did, I loved it but the blues project folded sold that and the Fretless Jazz I commissioned at the same time. Absolutely spot on as a bass sound and looks.
  3. Sold DAVE my R400. Money went in Sunday 16th, I posted the Head Monday, he got it Tuesday, Today!!! A seriously quick deal from inception to reception. Thanks Dave enjoy
  4. Here’s it: http://eaamps.com/products/nl-112/ Decided to put this magnificent cab back up for sale, musical direction slightly changed, well it’s gone awry. Fab Cab, light, extremely efficient, looks the part in spades. Roqsolid’d, Rear Pretty handle Front Downsizing, would take a PJB Compact Suitcase BG400 as a trade. Thanks for looking
  5. Luke, how the Divil are you, family OK?

Just popped this on. It might suit, no probs if not, I used it with my PJB ear phones never any issue.

  6. All the web site info here: http://www.handbox.pl/R-400-MINI-HEAD-p142.html I love this Head, it’s simplistic in its controls and it does the job in spades. Set the levels flat and off you go. Purchased a Roqsolid cover for it, even though it’s ‘painty’ finish looks and feels indestructible, I also put some rubber patches on its base to protect the bottom finish. Bought from Walshy on this ear forum, only reason for change is ordering the HB Valve jobby. May take a part trade but cash helps me more with my GAS. There is a long thread on here evaluating its capabilities. Roqsolid Naked Bottom protectors Front Front Rear On Standby Ready to roll, or rock! Front cover Thanks for looking
  7. https://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/SubZero-SZ-MIX04-4-Channel-Mini-Mixer/SIZ I bought this as a personal rehearsal “studio”, bought some powered monitors and a Sub, bingo good to go. The I realised 🤓 I had the band mixer more channels more people to jam with.. So I’m using that. Boxed as new. Its a neat piece of kit and does the job. Thanks for looking
  8. Part/Full trades considered: TecAmp S Range of Cabs 10”/12”/15” (8 Ohms), PJB Cab 47, Genz shuttle, WHY? Cash either way!
  9. Yes, I would love to complement the R400, but I’ll wait a bit. Thanks
  10. As the instigator of this informative thread you ‘obviously’ have developed a rapport with him. I asked, what I thought, was a sensible question. See below. The reply was not what I expected, and I do understand the issues involved in small production runs fulfilling a demanding market. I never, got the answer I sought. I wanted to complement my HB R400 (bought here from Paul) with a matching cab (OCD) but in view of the convoluted response, and don’t get me wrong we parted on great terms, but, I bought a barefaced cab instead. It won’t stop me dealing with them, far from it. Out with the old in with the new.
  11. This could be helpful, I lost the will to live messaging on Facebook
  12. Well, there’s a tale. You can buy direct, but, there is very little understanding/comprehension of the English language. They will sell you, but don’t expect a comprehensive reply to any query you may have. I have the HB R400, bought from Walshy, happy with it , happy with the bomb proof construction, quirky controls and the sound. Not happy with my request for “Tech Spec’s” from HB on the speakers cabs. I could go on, I won’t. IMO, there are no heads at this price point that come close in looks, construction and sound. They are great sounding heads, PR isn’t that great.
  13. Withdrawn, underpinning with a BF 110. BF Compact 15 up for grabs. https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/401105-barefaced-compact-15”-of-waft/
