  1. Niall bought my PJB M300, said he was interested, I dropped the price and messaged him, he replied and said he’d have it. Deal done, not realizing he was in Gods own country so an anomaly with currency but panned out in the end and a pint of Guinness when we meet. Great guy to deal with good comms promp payment, what’s not to like. 😁
  2. Yep, mail from the website. I’ll try again. 🤔
  3. Now I’ve been bitten by the HB bug after buying your R400 (Walshy). I am tempted to dabble with the valvey HB as well. But, here’s the rub, despite two enquiring e mails to HB Website, I haven’t had the benefit of a reply. Most of the www is in Polish, anyone got the hot line to Lesczek ? Thanks
  4. I have the “All Bleck” model, Ab Fab Head, works a treat. As the man ses’ read the thread, and at this price a steal. GLWTS
  5. That’s a no then. I’ll be looking to do the Sunday, anyone from Leicester want to share a car? Room for 3 peeps or 4 midgets 🎅🏻
  6. I have two of these magnificent Cabs, as I have recently changed my Amp/Head for the R400 there is sufficient headroom for what I need with one 8 Ohm cab. Two is an extravagance. All the spiel is here : http://eaamps.com/products/nl-112/ I bought one in January quickly followed by a second, as new, protected by Roqsolid covers, cosseted, run in with some Ear Candy CD Software. Little use one gig per month and two rehearsals a month, bit of noodling, that’s it. Delivered UK mainland. Photo’s Thanks for looking
  7. Walshy has incoming I believe and Water of Tyne has one its all on the thread, I believe 🎅🏻
  8. Get a HB (HandBox) R400 check out the Handbox Thread here. https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/282884-the-handbox-amplification-thread/?tab=comments#comment-3025022
  9. Are (we) Basschat having a meet and greet corner/table/area/ to ‘catch up’. Would it be feasible to try and ‘Cop’ a freebie from the organisers. Good for us and brilliant for them. 😎
  10. He’s Leicester based, tried to organise a “Crowd Funder” last year maybe. The rear of the bass finish is exquisite. My Sandberg has a Zero fret!
  11. NOW ONLY £375, Posted UK mainland.
  12. A nice Christmas present to yerself. Trade, sell, part Ex, WHY? I now have an inexpensive good quality Genz for back up this is a luxury I don’t need, but I could do with a ‘Combo’....
  13. Me too, more convenient than Londinium, and Mancx ain’t that bad now the mono brows (Oasis) are darn sarf.
  14. Good man, agonized I’ve this and it’s weight, saved my back 😎
  15. I’ve owned both the SX115 and S115, used as a Rig, absolutely brilliant cabs. I missed this one when Gareth was selling a pair and I still had the TecAmp Bona Fide. Great sounding portable cab. GLWTS Thinks 🤔 this would go well with my HB R400...
  16. Trade for a 15” cab, Vanderkley, TecAmp , Berg, cash either way! This is the “Delivered” price UK Mainland.
  17. They will fit a 34” fiver such as the Warwick range. My basses are 35”. And yes I know about singletons. Thank you for your valued observations. 👍
  18. The strings are the Cobalt version. Cobalt is a chemical element with the symbol Co and atomic number 27. Like nickel, cobalt is found in the Earth's crust only in chemically combined form, save for small deposits found in alloys of natural meteoric iron. The free element, produced by reductive smelting, is a hard, lustrous, silver-gray metal. It looks like this in it raw form: And after Ernie has had his way with it, in it’s long snaky String Configuration, like this: Thanks 🤭
  19. Bought this not so long ago as I like PJB kit and specifically this configuration with two inputs. I was experimenting with one bass two signals via the EHX pedal thingy, clean and Octave up with a smidge of reverb. Works fine, but for me it’s a faff for two tunes on a Fretless! so that’s off the menu now. In really great nick indistinguishable from a new/display unit, no tolex nicks and PJB’s indestructible manufacture, used at a gig recently with an EA NL210 (now sold) and sounded exceptional. However at 13Kg it’s a heft for me (not for you youngsters though) so after being Class ‘D’ for the last 8-10 years I’m sticking with that route and the weight (or lack of it) advantage of that form factor! M 300 Blurb nicked from PJB site: If you have had the good fortune to hear music through quality high fidelity equipment, you know what good sound is. If you haven’t...boy are you going to be surprised! Powerful, clean, uncolored sound...and flawless reproduction is the goal of high fidelity. Let’s hear bass the way it was intended to be heard on well-engineered recordings: authoritative, tight, taut, punchy, powerful, present, smooth and throbbing. That is what the M-300 delivers in spades. Hi-fi sound for live bass. The M-300 uses the same power output stage as our M-500 but with less power. It is a 2 channel amp with 5-band graphic EQ on both channels. Like the M-500 it use our exclusive optical limiter circuit that has a very smooth operation, which Bass Player magazine quoted it “the best on board limiter found in a bass amp”. 2% silver solder connections; 2.5 mm steel chassis; heavy duty chrome plated corners; recessed Allen bolt mounted handle; custom machined metal and anodized aluminum knobs; and much more. No details left unattended; and they scream quality. Model M-300 Power Output (RMS) 500W/2Ω, 400W/4Ω, 300W/8Ω EQ 5-BAND Graphic EQ x2 Input 2 x Input , 2 x mini Sw(Mute/Low/High) Output Line Out, D.I. Out w/Grand Lift, Speaker Outx2, Pre Amp. Out, Headphone out Compressor & Limiter On/Off, AUX Level, FX Send/Return Power 120 or 240V AC Dimensions 15.75 x 5.25 x 12.75 inch / 406 x 317 x 139 mm (W x D x H) Weight 29 Lbs / 13.1Kg And that’s it. It’s heavy for posting but do-able and will be securely packed up, UK mainland at cost to buyer. Thanks for looking I could be tempted with a trade + cash maybe a Neo cab, Combo! W.H.Y
