  1. Bought this not so long ago as I like PJB kit and specifically this configuration with two inputs. I was experimenting with one bass two signals via the EHX pedal thingy, clean and Octave up with a smidge of reverb. Works fine, but for me it’s a faff for two tunes on a Fretless! so that’s off the menu now. In really great nick indistinguishable from a new/display unit, no tolex nicks and PJB’s indestructible manufacture, used at a gig recently with an EA NL210 (now sold) and sounded exceptional. However at 13Kg it’s a heft for me (not for you youngsters though) so after being Class ‘D’ for the last 8-10 years I’m sticking with that route and the weight (or lack of it) advantage of that form factor! M 300 Blurb nicked from PJB site: If you have had the good fortune to hear music through quality high fidelity equipment, you know what good sound is. If you haven’t...boy are you going to be surprised! Powerful, clean, uncolored sound...and flawless reproduction is the goal of high fidelity. Let’s hear bass the way it was intended to be heard on well-engineered recordings: authoritative, tight, taut, punchy, powerful, present, smooth and throbbing. That is what the M-300 delivers in spades. Hi-fi sound for live bass. The M-300 uses the same power output stage as our M-500 but with less power. It is a 2 channel amp with 5-band graphic EQ on both channels. Like the M-500 it use our exclusive optical limiter circuit that has a very smooth operation, which Bass Player magazine quoted it “the best on board limiter found in a bass amp”. 2% silver solder connections; 2.5 mm steel chassis; heavy duty chrome plated corners; recessed Allen bolt mounted handle; custom machined metal and anodized aluminum knobs; and much more. No details left unattended; and they scream quality. Model M-300 Power Output (RMS) 500W/2Ω, 400W/4Ω, 300W/8Ω EQ 5-BAND Graphic EQ x2 Input 2 x Input , 2 x mini Sw(Mute/Low/High) Output Line Out, D.I. Out w/Grand Lift, Speaker Outx2, Pre Amp. Out, Headphone out Compressor & Limiter On/Off, AUX Level, FX Send/Return Power 120 or 240V AC Dimensions 15.75 x 5.25 x 12.75 inch / 406 x 317 x 139 mm (W x D x H) Weight 29 Lbs / 13.1Kg And that’s it. It’s heavy for posting but do-able and will be securely packed up, UK mainland at cost to buyer. Thanks for looking I could be tempted with a trade + cash maybe a Neo cab, Combo! W.H.Y
  2. Another collectible Tsk 😎
  3. Tsk, tsk, tsk, where do you dig ‘em up? Looks the Biz GLWTS 😎
  4. I’ve been tempted, but, with delivery out of the question what’s the point! Just sayin’
  5. Tonight’s gig, Cramped, as usual, but, by far the best sound I’ve had in years. Guitarists brother who is a bass player and seen most of my dalliances with kit was impressed, said it sat well in the mix. Keeper
  6. I had one of these for a short time I thought it a great bit of kit only traded ‘cos I fancied an ENGL Ironbass with the ‘tubey’ Front end. GLWTS great price as well.
  7. 20 pages of thoughts and experiences 😎
  8. IM REALLY NOT HAVING ANY LUCK WITH THESE ‘Fat Flats. SEE THE LAST POST🙈 Bought these recently, decided to put them on my 35” scale Sandberg 4 over 1 after and whilst having a glarse of Vino de calapso..😱. Fatal, put the 65 ‘D’ on the 45 ‘G’ position thought it was tight, cut it to length 😱😱😱. As I was about to put the next string on I realised I had started to string it down F# to D.... Feckity feck I exclaimed clearing the room of its population. I am not going to BEAD my four string Warwick Thumb, but these will fit your five string 34” scale bass in a 3 over two configuration. Posted to you 😂🤣
  9. Cheezus Rich, you could lift that?🏋️‍♀️
  10. Or, I will look at a trade for a 15" cab, Neo of course, along the lines of the Vanderkley115MN6 4 Ohm or an early Tecamp sx115 8 Ohm. Cash either way! Class D head not really needed now.
  11. I just bought Paul’s HB400R, put through its paces using just one EA NL112 tonight, quite amazing, everything flat. Using 2 x EA NL112’s on Saturdays gig, oh lookout. Like others I have tried lots of kit, this is the simplest of EQ’s (for me) so easy to get a good sound. I hardly had to fiddle with anything, no tweaking allowed. Mmm, now where can I get complimentary cabs, a 15” would sound super.
  12. Chris bought my EA NL210, nice easy no fuss transaction, good comms. Pleasure doing business with you Chris. Now that Cab is a keeper, you Hear me 🧐
  13. Bought the HB400R from Paul, clear concise comms, super fast delivery, packaged well, what’s not to like? Pleasure doing business Paul
  14. Impressive website. Thanks for the info Gregg
  15. Its just too good to be sat sittin' here all on its own. I will deliver Free (UK Mainland) for £475.00) and as previously mentioned take a smaller class 'D' in part exchange if that helps. Any info just PM me trials in Leicester if your close enough. Thanks for looking

  18. And ‘Box’ 😊
  19. Complete with footswitch? 🤔
