1. Snaps and tech spec's http://www.edenamps.com/products/wt/WT800.html Before racking After racking
2. Not to be confused with USA issue, this was designated for the UK market. I racked it with a Gator 3U soft case and inserted the Korg rack tuner, so its ready to go. As the title suggests I am lightening the load. I bought the Eden WT800 earlier this year to 'beef up' my sound as the band was quite active (at the time). I specifically wanted the Bi-Amp facility, it worked a treat in Bi-Amp mode and full range, the only issue I had (have) is getting to grips with the Paramedics and, of course the weight. Couple that with the fact that the Band is in recess, no gigs until late August Early September, I thought I will move this on. Its as new, gigged twice, using a Schroeder 18PL for the bottom end and the Schroeder 210PL for the highs, with that configuration is sounds awesome. I would consider a partial trade with a Tecamp head, BonaFide/Puma but really looking for a Cash Deal. Depending on who turns up in a google search these can be ordered for anything from £1,200 upwards to the RSP. Grab a Bargain Now Snaps to follow.
3. Yes, and a fork lift truck to load it into your HGV
4. Thanks for the hint, but, my interest waned when I saw the 34Kg weight, heavier than my Eden/Schroeder rig.
5. Paul at [email protected] He made me a padded cover for a Schroeder 210PL, foam padded. he'll probably do just felt padding as well.
6. Pulled this, I'll try it through one channel give some grunt to the bottom end of the bottom end
7. Pulled this, I searched for one for so long its daft to let it go.
8. Bite the bullet, Peavey are an inexpensive entry into the world of 5ivers http://basschat.co.uk/topic/261420-matching-set-of-peavey-5-strings-fretted-and-fretless/page__fromsearch__1
9.
That's a LOT of Schroederage! I never need more than my 21012L so can't imagine what this must be like!
I also have the 210L which tops out the 18PL as a 'Stack', about 30Kg all in and some serious trouser flapping from the 18PL.
10.
1) that the new overwater? 2) your rigs will last longer if you don't leave them in the garden overnight after a gig
Yes Luke, that is the new Jazz, works treat with theTecamp and the 18.....,
11. Last Nights Gig "Rig". Schroeder 18PL and two Schroeder Mini 8+L driven by a TecAmp BonaFide. On the Night Morning After the Night Before
12. Bump for Price adjustment: NOW £1,345.00 I will consider a partial Trade, no GAS at the moment but try me.
13. Collected a TecAmp S210 from Pete today everything just as it should be, fine guy to deal with, no issues just fired the Cab up with a couple of different heads works best with my Tecamp BonaFide. Pleasure doing business Pete.
14. Guys the Price is £1,395.00, dont seem to be able to adjust it. £1,395.00
15. I am reluctantly moving on this bass, its twinned with an '88 Fretted, but as I dont play the fretted this is a luxury that I can do without. It is in superb condition, reflected in the price, cased (non Warwick), set with La-Bella Flats, no truss rod issues serviced and waxed 12 months ago. The all important snaps: Twinned: Serial Number: Headstock: Front: Back: Thanks For looking, Bank transfer preferred method of payment.
16. Both Overwater Contempory Jazz with John East retro Pre's, but, there was a Black Sei Jazz on here that I rather fancied, that started the rot. But I bought the Green Mamba first.
17. Thanks Guys, it is a lovely Bass, its called Black Mamba after its "Green Mamba" sister, which was my inspiration for the build. Putting the Green Mamba up as a feeler soon
18. Finally, arrived 1st May, Gigged 2nd then went on holiday. Out to play this week. A kind of translucent black over the body fading to a matt finish on the edges, DR Black Beauties set it of nicely. 19. You will, be driven by your budget and compromise accordingly
20. http://www.tecamp.de/en/products/cabinets/57-xs-112.html#specifications The previous XS112 has a black grill and Neo speaker, light with bite and at 99db a good choice IMO. Depending where you are geographically speaking you might pick up a discontinued XS112 Neo at a good price. Good hunting
21. I bought my " Minnie" about a year ago, gigged infrequently, rehearsed same, never missed a beat, some issues with to hot an input signal, just turned the bass down, volume up. Never been past 6 'o clock into a 2 cab ( 8 Ohms each) 4 Ohm load. Very subtle in the way the controls interact a bit too subtle for me, but I like leaving the tone controls flat let the bass take over. It's not my favourite sounding head which is why I considered moving it on not long after purchase but reneged and pulled the 'feeler'. Still considering moving it on though as I am preferring the Eden parametric' option on the WT...... All in all an excellent head for an articulate Bass Player, which I am not ( playing wise of course)....
