1. i have a wired hot hand - that's just cool - I kinda like it better than my expression pedal, though it's a bit more awkward. I will connect up to my drum machine to control the LFO. I also have m-audio usb-Midi connector so will try linking it to Cubase, Reaper etc. In terms of sound, I have been feeding in the multiwave distortion, which is really good as you can hear in the SA videos, but my SFX micro Fuzz is just immense. Bassy synth tones. So to reduce the real estate on my board and to recoup some cash I will try to sell off the multiwave distortion.
2. bump cause I've changed my mind and now just selling one more pedal, which is going cheap. Not cause its bad (it isn't) but cause I've spent a fortune on pedals and need cash quick!
3. flirted with selling mine but fcuk me it's just too good. I literally sat transfixed for 6 hours today fiddling with everything and i just couldn't believe all the sounds. I am still struggling to get any sounds my band can use but i have decided to persevere and use this to change the band's sound. Ok maybe not dubstep but i am gonna have fun
4. it looks absolutely beautiful with the facing and fingerboard together in the light.
5. I've said it before and will say again - absolute [f**kin] stunning. My ultimate money no object bass is a Bill Gould custom zon sonus. You are one lucky geezer my friend. Enjoy!
6. A total of about £163 (pedal's about £140 + customs)
7. sorry for hijack but i am selling a source audio BEF pro on here. I think the video says it all.
8. Well spotted Ian. it is the bass version - I posted the wrong link. now corrected.
9. Mate, I burned very very brightly and quickly but the band are not set up to cope! I can't justify £400 in pedals just for the bedroom. I LOVE them all but they have to go.
10. SOLD PENDING hiya guys. I have sold the Frantabit but am now keeping the Source Audio Filter Pro cause its immense. Remaining then is the multiwave bass distortion at a reduced price. SOURCE AUDIO MULTIWAVE BASS DISTORTION - http://www.sourceaud..._distortion.php - very good condition, original box and instructions £60 posted UK. Cheers, Rich
11. Hola, my frantabit is finally let out of customs limbo tomorrow. Been checking out the TB thread on which there is mucho amor for this bad boy. Come on, give me the BC lowdown??! How do I use this unbelieveably unnecessary pedal to liven up my unbelieveably dull life?? The money shot is when I see it next to my Soundblox Envelope filter pro - I shall be pumping out degrading noises right into the BEF for hours on end Any other advice on bitcrushing etc?
12. nice! I will try that when I crank up. I am due an Iron Ether Frantabit tomorrow or next day. I am hoping to see how that works instead of my SFX micro-fuzz (which I love).
13. great Will, will def shout if help needed.
14. I have found the Q is not set well on default. benefit from backpage adjustment of that. Please post your settings. I have only had 2 sessions with mine in the 2 weeks I have had it.
15. Great sounds. How is your BEF pro set up for wobble?

17. http://basschat.co.u...ope-filter-pro/ some reaction just a few posts down the page!
18.
A fan. He collaborated with Holger Czukay and Jaki Liebezeit of CAN (also a fan) on one or two experimental projects. A unique talent, I'm sure we'll be hearing more from him.
I like Snakecharmer with Czukay, Edge etc. Innovative stuff even if not a technical wizard.
19.
you have a brewdog pub ?! consider me jealous..
OT but check their website, they are opening a few. Dear god, they are places of committed alcoholic worship. do great pizza too!
20. now had a while to use my new MXR M87 and I have to say I do really like it. I have resisted going rack generally but it's when you get to the compressor/limiter that you miss this most in terms of control. Despite the lack of input/output monitoring, this is a step up in terms of control. Quiet enough for a pedal. Had my eye on an Empress but this at the price I got it (thanks Sean!) will do me.
21. really nice set up (notice you put your thumpinator on the fixed loop, not pre-basswitch). This is classy piece of kit. I like the idea of having a sort of control unit around which my board is built. I use a Barge Concepts Custom dual loop dual blend unit, which I bought off Mark L on here a few months back but it doesn't have tuner out, eq etc.
