Yeah it really sounds wonderful. Especially when you have a little time to do The right tweaks to accommodate personal taste! It Can sound almost upright! If you want to hear it i Can add some nice compression and some reverb om a recording.

Can also do some more specific recordings upon request.

Yeah.. I thought it was a keeper as well. But its not getting played as much as it deserves and i could use the money for other things. So, my loss your gain. I am open for reasonable offers and part exchanges as well.

It was built as a Musikmesse showpiece and is the only bass like this that Chris has ever built (to my knowledge). It has a lovely dark almost upright sound to it. I will get a recording done tonight. Celinder 4 string fretless bass Piezo with preamp (preamp is located inside the control cavity). AAAA Quilt maple top with binding Mahogany body Maple neck with the most beautiful Ebony board. Epoxy coated. Side dots on top. Labella Nylon flats Weight 4 kgs. MINT condition. £2700 or trade with a similar quality 4 or 5 string fretted. More pictures will follow as well as a sound sample.

It is something quite special yes.

Molan, my kitchen scale says 4.25kg's. And yeah John, I think so myself as well.. However its not getting the attention it deserves because of this one: Its very different compared to the Jazz but it fits my style of playing better.

I will get it on the kitchen scale tomorrow.
