1. Big D, you'll pay: ((((Price on recipt + 3.9%) + 17.5%) + handling fee) - Price on recpit) The handling fee will be I would guess £5 ish.
 2.
Hmmm, maybe you should call them and tell them that personally and see what they say? :-p Because I called them yesterday and they said they have the Deluxe Meat Head and the Ezequiel in the store, though not the Ram Head, and I said I'd be there to try them on the weekend... But I'm not that interested anymore, after all the samples I heard yesterday, the Ezequiel doesn't seem to suit what I need now and the other 2 are too expensive. However, I called again today and they have the Mayo in store too, which I'll go and try today (and maybe buy)! Will probably have a go at the others as well... If they're lying I'll let you know ;-)
Sorry, I wasn't being clear. I was talking about the Ram Head. Watch out for the meathead... it has a ****load of linear volume gain JP.

 15. No, but I'd like to.
 16. Different strings do sound different... IME. Also, play the variax before you buy... I find them unconvincing as instruments.
Mine (and possibly others) are here. I treat them just like my other basses and gig with them regularly. If you are gonna get hung up on how much they cost then its probably best not to get one, there have been a few on here that have spent so much money on basses they are scared to take them out and end up selling. Other than that they play and sound great. I had mine specifically built to be light weight and they are. Ian is trying to sell a Spitfire at the moment.
Couldn't agree more. If you're going to buy boutique you need to use it
 18. I really love the EMG sound.
 19.
I just put skid rails on the bgack of my Bergantino NV610-makes it SO easy to load in/out now-Just tilt & push-NO LIFTING! I went to a Hardware chain. & bought two 1m long recycled plastic Garden stakes-BLACK!!!!! They're about 3/4" thick square. I just screwed em in with plenty of wood screws & = GREAT!-cost- $5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's like you read my mind...
