3. I wish I was a decent age to experience the 80's, the big hair, the pinkness, I would of loved it. shame I was 2.
4.
Richard Bona! Coolest cat I know!
He's a really great player, epxeptional musician and awesome song writer. Would like to meet him.
5. Here is my loverly Alembic Epic 5 string Bass Guitar up for sale. Its a great bass and gets better every time you play it, however it isn't the bass for me and I think I'd better stick to 4's. Its got all the usual shibang that you get from a Alembic and its in great condition, especially for its age, with only a minor ding on the back of the neck that causes no iritation or takes away from the aesthetics. I'm asking for £700, a reasonable offer near this or any trades for MUSICMAN STINGRAYS in good cond. w/ MAPLE FINGERBOARD I'm based in Hampshire and will deliver 100 miles from Southampton or there abouts! Any questions please do not hessitate to ask!!!!
6. Jason Newsted....c'mon he's a cat. And that Wooten character's quite chilled lol
7. Hi, I'm really interested in this bass, I don't suppose you would be interested in trades with a Alembic? If not I'm still interested in this bass!!! I will have to sell the Alembic first though to be able to afford. Please message me back, Cheers, Ian
8. Hi Mark! Eastleigh eh? Which part, not the rough part I hope! ;P Stingrays are beautiful basses! And if your worrying about the price, buy second hand! Can get some great deals on Stingrays nowadays? Evil Bay is your friend!
9.
Not being a certified 'Fenderhead' I will bow to the far more experienced ramblings above....... I would have thought the best advice would still be...... if at all possible, to play 'em before you buy...... Unless you are absolutely sure about what it is you're buying????? £450 is a substantial investment and you want to be sure its what you want and need.... if its not EXACTLY right another will come along shortly.... sometimes you have to patient.......
Its striaght forward advice, but the best you can go with! I was looking for a music-man or fender but my Alembic came up before any of the forhand came up in what I wanted, so I bought the Alembic. I like it, but don't love it, and thus with be listed up soon... THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT
10. that was pretty cool, looked like he modded the Jaco bass though. The Only really hing I know of Rush though is YYZ which I learnt a while ago, but he seems a pretty cool guy!
11. There may be more job promotions, but there will definetly be more bands. Sometimes you have to be selfish and put yourself first. I would go for the job and if like you say you jugled the work and gig alright back when I reckon it wont be too different. But shame, rock and hard places eh???? good luck
12. Damn that is a fine bass. Im thinking about getting one of these and selling my Alembic, but not atm unfortuntly! Hope it goes to a good home!
