  1. Mixing cone sizes may not be the best solution.

It may be the 4x6 cabs just won't push enough air at the particular frequencies you like. This is a bit surprising as one thing all the MB cabs I've tried have is mid punch. But if one or two of these cabs aren't giving you the tone you want, then perhaps you need to rethink your rig and go back to one/two 1x12 cabs. I use two 12" cabs for most things now and they are plenty loud enough and work together, whereas different cone sizes can sometimes work against each other.

What bass and head are you using? Are you scooping the mids on your amp at all?

  2. Picked this up in a recent trade and now surplus to requirements. In excellent condition with no dings, rips or scratches. Cash on collection from Harlow, Essex only please. (Can meet up if localish to Harlow) £150 ono.
    Thanks for looking.

(Tried to upload pics without luck, will try again later). Tried again no luck again, I don't think I've got Flash 9!? You'll have to take my word for the condition, sorry.

Can i get confirmation that on the internal dimensions. Looking at the spec on GAK it says internal width is 17 3/4 and not 19".
Is this correct or am i missing something?

    Cheers.

19" is the total width of the front panel of the equipment you can mount in this type of case. The mounting 'ears' at the front of amps poke out further than the main body of the amp, so the amp body is less than 19". As long as the box part of the amp is 17.75" wide or less then it will fit.

  4. SOLD ************************If you've got a 80's/90's MM bass that needs a case, this is for you. Will fit Stingray (4 or 5 string), Sabre, Cutlass. Has some cosmetic damage which has been repaired and is totally functional. For instance, the original metal feet were lost, so I have replaced them with rubber ones. This is the only one I've seen of this design so it could be rare. £[s]90[/s] £[s]85 £80 [/s]£75 ****SOLD**********
