  1. Thanks for the info! That does sound like it might be similar?... Either way if it sounds and records like a more portable version of the CTM 100, then I'd definitely be interested. I'll have a ponder!
  2. Yeah sure, I can try! I like the Stomp for an 'anything extra' kind of thing. So I use my own fuzz and octave down pedals for most gigs, then I'll change the preset on the Stomp for the other things I might need for that situation. Commonly that's the Poly Capo for a POG Octave up kind of sound, the Line 6 Envelope Filter, the 70s Chorus, and the Script Phaser. I also run the line 6 own compressor as an always on thing. But as well I use the synth sounds a fair bit, the delays and reverbs, the looper, the freeze. The Poly Capo is useful sometimes too if you have the odd song in a set that's in Eb standard, rather than lose time tuning down the bass for one song. It tracks well and works just fine. I'd recommend it - it's a real swiss army knife thing. I've always liked to experiment with different sounds, and it's allowed me to have all the sounds I'd ever need, but not lug a huge board (that's bigger than the guitarists'!) around with extra stuff that I might not need on that particular night. I can't see me changing any time soon!
  3. Maybe! Depends on the pedals I suppose. It gets a bit crowded after you squeeze your power supply and cabling in, but something tiny might squeeze in. It's about 42mm of height, and then 85mm of depth under there, from a quick measure of mine. You can change the positioning of the rungs on the board though, so the depth can be different. Mine has ended up with a bit of pedal overlap of the top shelf over the bottom. This is what the back and sides look like if it helps...
  4. Pretty chuffed with this little compact board. It does everything I need...
  5. Hello, Up for sale is great sounding bass amp head. Loads of power, and as light as you could ever want. Fits in the front pocket of a gigbag. It's in good condition and full working order, apart from a slight scratch on the top on the top side, which you can hopefully see in the photos. Collection welcomed from Broadstone in Dorset. Happy to post at buyers expense as well. Any questions, drop me a message. Thanks!
  6. Lovely bass! Do you know the weight?
  7. Hello all, Up for sale is this Fender Precision. It's a USA 2002 model, in black with a parchment pickguard. It's all original, with the original case too. Now £800. I bought this recently from the owner who'd loved it from new. It's been gigged, so has a few battle scars, but all in good working order. Weight comes in at 4.09kg Collection is welcomed from Broadstone in Dorset, where you're welcome to try before you buy. Cheers! Phil
  8. See to me, that's exactly what these cabs are. Sorry to be this guy, and not that you asked, but I'd maybe suggest taking them on a few gigs before selling... I have a couple of two10s myself and I love them, but it took me a few months of gigging them a decent volumes before they started to really shine. All that stuff Barefaced say about 'playing-in' the drivers is absolutely true in my experience. I actually nearly sold mine too after a couple of months of owning them because I didn't like the sound I was getting at first, but now I'm grateful I stuck with them. They're now as articulate yet warm as I hoped they would be, they just take a bit of time to wear in. Best tone I've ever had, live and recorded. Anyway sorry to derail your thread. Somebody will snap up these great cabs soon I'm sure - I sure would if I didn't have some already. Hope you find the tone you're after!
  9. Just found a guitar box in the garage, so I can now post at buyers expense.
  10. Jim bought a Cog T-47 from me. Easy communication and quick payment. Couldn't ask for anything more, and I'd happily recommend him. Cheers!
  11. Hi, it has Delano JC4 AL pickups
  12. Super quick SOLD
  13. Hey all, Up for sale is this Cog T-47. All in good condition and working order. For those who don't know, this is an analogue octave down pedal, with two switchable channels, with independent volume and filter controls. It's one of the most versatile octaver you can get thanks to the filter controls, which cover your mellow OC2 sound, plus cool gnarly synth sounds, or anywhere in between. So you can set it up for a great Pino octave sound on one channel, and the your Tim Lefebvre sound on the other. Comes with the original box. Pickup welcomed from Broadstone if you're nearby, otherwise happy to post for £125 within the UK. Cheers!
  14. Now sold, thanks.
  15. Hey all, Up for sale is this EBS Octabass. It's the newest blue label version. It's in as new condition - no velcro, with original box. Great review of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxALsgc8_98&t=161s What I haven't read anywhere is about the Range switch. I'd say the range switch does have a significant tonal change - on High it's a little more mid range focused, and on Low it's mellower and subbier. Great pedal, tracks great, and has it's own unique voice in the world of octavers. Price includes Royal Mail Special Delivery. Any questions, drop me a message. Cheers!
  16. Yeah that was my CTM! I love it now that I've had the EQ mod, it's still my only gigging amp. I don't understand why they make them the way they come - the EQ was essentially useless to me. I would've sold it if I hadn't been able to change it. But now it's my favourite amp that I've ever used. While I'm here, I've since come to realise too, that the power valve driven DI is also a hidden gem in the CTM. I'd love to A/B against a Noble DI or a REDDI or the like - I reckon it'd give them a run for their money. Sound guys are always full of praise. Anyway yeah, check out the thread I started above if you're interested. Also I've had an old EB150, had an ABM 500 rig that I used and loved for many years. I only moved it that one on because I got the CTM. I'm an Ashdown fan!
  17. Up for sale is this MXR bass compressor. Used condition, but still in good working order. Comes with original box. Price includes postage. Collection also welcomed from Broadstone, Dorset. Thanks!

  18. Hello, Up for sale is this lightweight Maruszczyk Elwood 4p, in surf green, and a medium scale length of 32". Made in Germany in 2015. Now for £750 I have gigged this bass a reasonable amount, but it's always been looked after, and it's never let me down. I think Marusczcyk comfortably has a reputation by now for making great quality instruments. It's lightweight, well balanced gigging instrument, that's nice and easy to get around on. It's not your everyday bass, and it's unique as far as I know. Hopefully it'll be just the thing for someone. Collection welcomed from Broadstone in Dorset. I'm also happy to post it, or to meet at buyers expense. No offers or trades, thank you. Cheers!
