  1. I have some on my Warwick SS2 at the moment, they have just the right tension for me, I usually have steels, so the flats were a nice change. i reccomend them and am more than happy with them.

  5. I have a 70 with a 2x15, great sound, but like you say, not too loud... it sits in my front room looking cool most of the time, I rarely gig it.

It makes the SS2 sound great, not the sound I was initially after, but I really like it. Full fat thump. I rolled more top off too with a little more bridge pickup. They are EMG'S by the way. Thanks for your help One and all. I will stick with this for a while!
  14. After reading this thread, I have removed the ugly casing, much happier with a little black box. Could a mini fan be installed inside where the vents are?
