In November 2018 I bought my QSC K12.2 and started the progress of trying to find the best preamp to go with it. I tried the usual suspects - Behringer BDI21, Sansamp BDDI v2, MXR M80 but none of them gave me what I wanted. I found Radial Bassbone V2 and, although it was about the combined cost of all 3 of the preamps I had tried before, I thought I would give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. The clarity and punch it gave me was incredible. At the time I was using a 2019 US Fender Jazz and preferring the sound of both pickup volumes on full I was losing the mid-range but this pedal gave me everything back and more. Anyway it's a great 2 channel preamp which also features an effects loop, ground lift, boost/mute switch, tuner out, balanced XLR out and can also be set for use with Piezo pickups. Made in Canada and in pristine condition, it comes in it's original box with power supply, instruction manual and unused stickers. It also has 2 big strips of velcro covering the whole of the underside as it's built like a tank so this ensures that it won't come off your pedal board. The only reason that I am selling is that we have moved to IEMs and I fancy trying something different. Given the condition, the fact that I couldn't use it for around 18 months of the 2 1/2 years I've owned it and that these rarely come up I am looking for £180 or best offer. Looking at postage - UPS are quoting £8 for delivery but only covered for £20 insurance, to get it covered for the full value it would be £21. Royal Mail Special Delivery is £12 including up to £500 cover. Collection and meet up are also possible as well. I've decided to keep these on my pedal board as a reminder of why I shouldn't sell these as I'd only buy more in a couple of months. They're really good pedals and I just haven't given them a chance so they are staying and I will grow to love them dognammit

The inputs, outputs and power supply are all mounted at the back of the pedal so you can get them really close together on your board.

Another episode about to end in my love/hate relationship with effects pedals. I fancy trying them, buy them and then realise that I don't need them so here we go again. Bought brand new last August and have been gigged a handful of times this year so they're in minty fresh conditon. All 4 have had the small rubber feet removed and velcro added for pedal board mounting. Included are: 3rd Dimension Chorus - designed to Emulate the Dimension C from back in the day Blood Moon Phaser Tube Pilot Overdrive All are boxed and ready to go. Ideally I'd like to sell all 4 as a lot but could split them. They're only between £30-40 new so I would like to sell them for £75 plus postage. Buy them at the asking price and I will include the Compressor Sustainer for free (not sure if I have the box but it will be well packed)

If I've dated this correctly then I have a February 1999 Yamaha RBX 765A for sale I bought this during the bad old times of 2020 as I thought that it would be good to have a 5 string should the need arise for me to have one but it hasn't and I doubt it will so I am offering it up for sale. Condition is really good for a nearly 23 year old bass. There is light swirling across the back of the body and a small amout around a couple of the cotrol knobs that I could only see when I held it up to the light but there are no dings or dongs anywhere on the body. There's a tiny chip out of the paint on the headstock but a touch-up pen or even red nail varnish should hide that. The gold hardware is looking pretty good. There are a few shallow indentations that I can't feel while playing at the back of the neck around the 9th fret. The pictures make it look like it's bright red but it's a darker shade of translucent red. The last picture of the headstock is the closest to the actual colour Soundwise it's pretty snappy. I've had it doing a good impression of Flea & Rhino but there's plenty of scope for adjustment using the onboard EQ. It's nice and light, for me anyway. I don't have anything to measure it by but it was incredibly comfortable for the first set of a gig I took it out for just to try it out live. I have a functional gig bag to carry it around it which will be included and it has a new Duracell battery and D'addario Prosteels fitted. I would prefer pickup or meet up but I do have a box that I could package it up in if you're too far away to do either. I am looking for £225 or closest reasonable offer and would prefer bank transfer to avoid PainPal fees Although I've posted over 100 basses plus amps, cabs etc it has been while so I don't know how quickly they're delivering at the moment and the prices seem to have gone up since the last time.
