    OK guys and gals. I understand that this may be quite a niche bass but I think everyone should own at least an 8, if not a 12ver at some point just to feel the thunder for themselves. Ideal for beefing up a 3 piece band, impressing the ladies or just for showing off in general If you think that the price is too high then feel free to make me a reasonable offer, I can only say no.

    probably nowhere near it but my G&L L2000 had a Jazz width neck It does give me an excuse to post pics of it though cos I don;t know if I ever did when I had it

    Looking at the manual you might have to move the cross over so that it goes before the boost for it to work I'm no expert so I don't know how doable that is but that looks like how it would work to me.

    I have an urge to build myself a Fender Bass VI style bass from either an EB-0 which would mean routing an extra pickup or a Squier Bronco so I could do a trade with either of those

    Beaten to it ^ Definitely join a band. If you're in a band with people in the same boat as you wanting to get better then you'll improve as you play. alternatively try and get into a band with a bunch of sh*t hot musicians and the difference in how good you are now and how good there are will either make you sh*t yourself or give you the encouragement you need to get better

I believe that out of the thousands of members on the forum there's one other member that has one so the chances of someone having an 8x10" is remote.
