That's with the flax. The standard cables i was using the space there was much more between the FI and the switchblade pro

I pit the flax ones on my board and they are fine. They did save me a good bit of space compared to what i had. Enough to move the extrnal footswitch i wanted in the space.

Are those SIMs? I have a flying V 8 string bass with SIMs LEDs on side and as inlays and a headstock LED inlay AND a laser that shoots out of the headstock!

Was comparing compressors and dialing in the big board sounds on the lttle board. I think i was really able to achieve very close approximations to all my sounds in a much smaller easier transportable footprint by integrating more digital and multi-effects The big board i use for recording. Little for gigs and rehearsal

Had our record release party Thursday night. Great night! Sold out show and sold out merch! Sound guy wasnt great and the lighting guy was more of a "turn off the" lighting guy which was fairly frustrating but all in all a great time.

If you dont want expensive or complicated, the digitech you have is hard to beat. Its an excellent pedal for the price. Ibanez SB7 is similar and also excellent.. sub 150 you wont find better than those two i think.

Aye, i actually pinged him as i was quite keen to get one, but he was MIA for a few months and in that time i bought a C4 for my gig/travel board, so i am keeping the FI intact on my bigger recording board. What i would really like is an FI enclosure that integrates their midibeam connect and a couple of extra buttons That two button switch right beneath the FI is hooked up to the midibeam to allow down patches on one button and freeze/hold on the other. I also have an expression pedal hooked into the midibeam for the FI

Do your toppers have a black plastic insert? If so, put the insert on first and then the topper on top of that. I coildnt get mkne to fit, but that worked. I did also just buy some of those barefoot buttons and they are pricey!

I think it's top 3 of what's out there currently. The boss, the MXR and the empress were what i had it down to when buying a new compressor recently. I did go with the empress becauee i wanted to try out a new (to me) brand, but the other two were both in and out of my shopping cart. I think you'll be very happy.

New config for the recording board. My feet were just too big, but moving the future impact aux switch freed up some room. I need to fi d a few of the taller buttons from that UK guy. Who sells those?

Im excited about this one. Im trying to grt into recording just for my own enjoyment (and to be able to do my band tracks here) but i always find my teacks sound lifeless. Im hoping the Opus will give me some more room feel. I willcneed to really studynthe manual to get it going i think. Thus IR stuff is new to me. It's so small!
