  1. i do have the expression pedal and two button switch ready to go! does it matter which hole i put each in? i assume it does.
  2. Is that fella here still selling the future compact enclosures?
  3. Too cool. You do like the funky ones. Im still working on the mothership. I have fully studied the manual now and am ready to tame this beast. What does this mean about using a TS cable instead of a trs. Would that be just a footswitch, not an expression?
  4. I have a future impact and i love it so much, im putting my deep impact up for sale locally. Will be hooking up the midibeam 4connect to it today. I know you told me i needed that morningstar, but i only have the one digital pedal with midi capability and i really only wanted to add extra button and expression control. But now that you're here, so i can hook up the midiBeam without having to configure it at all? By default, in standalone mode, i can just plug it in,power it in and the added functionality will be there. I believe by default it will be program down and freeze for the buttons?
  5. You mean the caLL 76! Lol. Those guys are something else. At least on this one they changed the name a little. The darkglass ines thwy kept the name. I bet theyre good. I have a buddy looking to pull the trigger on one. I'm encouraging him!
  6. You just linked back to this thread!
  7. from the stupid amount of research i did on this, Bar getting a ridiculous one like a noble or a reddi, i'd go for one of these: https://www.radialeng.com/product_category/direct-box
  8. Shiteballs. I had everything laid out nicely how i was gonna wire it up and realised one of my pedals has a barrel connector power supply. I have an adapter, i just need to make it fit now.
  9. Some fella nearby was selling their synth. Sounds killer to me. Looks the biz as well. https://banananaeffects.com/
  10. it's sick, mate. two killer pedals with their own voices working together. i can dial in the sundrive side to a nice overdriven tone (up to super heavy gain overdrive) and kick in some over the top heaviness with the sledgehammer side. the boost on the sundrive will boost the sledge as well when running both circuits. his boards are also neat AF. Super tidy work. That nomad is a sick pedal and i bet you love it.
  11. Hey, all. I wanted a 2 channel distortion whereby i could use one for some overdrive and one for heavy distortion. I really like moose's work and he works about 500m from me, so i asked him if he could combine two of his pedals into one enclosure. This is his sundrive and his sledgehammer. I literally just picked it up. Gonna give it a workout tonight, but of course i had to post it online first.
  12. I have to say, my fingers are still aching today. Like fatigued. Sound great though!
  13. Just done noodling around for about an hour. I did do a slight truss rod adjustment, but i inly had to intonate the G a little bit. Everything else was fine. I have to say, not only can you hear the difference, nut my fingers are aching after pulling on those cables.
  14. I mean you certainly dont need a mixing board anymore. I guess it depends on what youre going for, but only us older dudes need to "feel knobs"
  15. I went for the fender set. If the slots arent, i will put these on my bitsa P and find some that would fit i suppose. I dont want to be changing the nut on this bass. Cheers.
  16. Will i see any issues do you think? Looking to get a bit beefier with less high end now that i put an active pre in the bass. Any tension/truss rod issues?
  17. Do a thread "who are your top 3 bassists?" And collate the results. I bet there will be at least one vote for Gary Willis!
  18. i was just giving you a hard time. but i will always think of GW as an Ibanez signature artist and for that I respect the man.
  19. i would say to be the number one jazz fusion band in latvia, you only need like a handful of fans. Half as many as ireland surely.
