1. Flea and Fieldy!
2. Sounds like he just wants to join your band so he can boast he's in 'XYZ' band... Sad but true - I've had people come up and ask me in the past if such and such is in my band - for some reason guys I knew from school/college/work would tell others they knew me and played in a band with me!?
3.
Right time, right place, right contacts
Hence why Limp Bizkit got/were so big - somehow.
4. Incubus for sure. Never had a good album since Dirk Lance left.
5. I'll say what I say when someone asks me about any new artist and my opinion of them etc. SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO FUGAZI. Thank you.
6. Still for sale...
7.
So does you drummer have his ride on his right rather than left side like most other guys?
I thought the ride was always on the right on a standard drum kit?
8. Don't mind usually but I do prefer playing stage left but not because of the hi-hat but because of the ride cymbal. Don't know why but it inspires me more when the drummer is grooving on the ride and I can play along with him/her/it.
9. One more bump.
10. When I was 13, I decided to learn an instrument - guitar or bass. Anything else (at the time) was out the question. I picked bass because a) I loved that low end rumble when I tried one and it just seemed much cooler! 10 years on I still believe I made the right choice. I started learning guitar when I was 17/18 but I'd still pick bass everytime. It still makes me laugh as well when you ask a musician what they play and they say 'I'm a songwriter'. If you play an instrument and write your own riffs then you're a songwriter anyway! Redundant term IMO.
11. Final price drop before withdrawal.
12. Bumpage.
13. Jeez, Flea is clearly the bass equivalent of Hendrix...
14. Up!
15. Bump for price drop!
16.
That should please BassBus
17. Pics now up.
18. Withdrawn!
19. Sold.
20. Sold my Jackhammer pedal to Neil - payment received straight away, no problems at all.
21. Great amps these - perfect for getting that classic SWR sound and also built very well.
22. MATT BELLAMY - LET YOUR BAND MATES WRITE SOME SONGS.
23.
the white casing looks scruffy
Lol - it's a gig, not a beauty contest.
24.
I've just finally got around to ordering my Polytune mini. Something else I have just noticed is that the Boss TU-2 has an accuracy of +/- 3 cent, the TU-3 has a better accuracy of +/-1 cent, but the Polytune is +/- 0.5 cent, so 6x more accurate than the TU-2.
I believe the Polytune is only that accurate in strobe mode...
