6.
I am looking to get one of these as soon as they comes to the second hand market...
lol well I hope you aren't waiting long . . .
 7. Hopefully fellas! Market is awfully slow just now, not to fussed if it doesn't shift. Just a shame it's going to be sat unused and there is folk looking for them.
 8. Selling my Sire Marcus Miller V7 Swamp Ash-5. Bought this off the back of the hype on the bass guitar thread . . . It really is as good as the hype. I have used this for one gig I done last month, sounds & plays great . . . It's just not my stingray! It has sat unplayed since that one gig. All the details are here - https://m.thomann.de/gb/marcus_miller_v7_swamp_ash_5_wb.htm?ref=mrl_aa_22 Cost me £355 from Thomann, I would like to get as close to that as possible as it has only been played the once since new. How's about £350 posted (I still have all the original packing and boxes) within the UK. Bass in Glasgow if anyone wants to try it. Pictures to follow this evening! Chris.
 9.
@Me and my bass - I hope the Jazzer (and the Uke) turn out well for you.] When did you buy the 1975 bass? I haven't seen any today, but I've been out quite a bit of the day and my computer was off and not tracking Thomann.
Yeah it was when they were up on the 25th . . . I owned one of there 75' Jazz basses before, really great instrument only thing letting it down was the weight! Heavy bugger!
 10. Bought one of the Thomann Ukulele basses (fretless model, non deko full price jobby) & following reading this pestsky thread I added one of the decoration only, B stock 75' Jazz basses as well! Decoration only & B stock . . £36odd quid??? Let's see what this ones like.
 11.
£155 - that's ridiculous (in a good way )! I looked at these before going for my Tanglewater Classic J when they dropped in price. These look great basses and at that price surely one of the biggest steals currently on BC. GLWTS.
Cheers man, they are great basses! I use one of there other basses regularly when giging. The market is slow just now, hopefully someone will buy it!
 12.
tempting...
Do it man, price includes shipping
 13.
ahh... ... if I liked sunburst ...
I will chuck in a can of spray paint lol
 14. I am in no rush to sell it, it's an amazing sounding bass. As I said if pay day comes round and I have enough spare cash for a vintage PBass then I will just keep both! LoL you only live once after all!
 15.
I have never tried one of these U basses. But have been tempted many times... Have mostly been looking at the acoustic one though. But it does sound pretty cool in that video!
I had a lovely kala mahogany acoustic one to start with, they were great but the solid body had the volume and eq controls. I gig mine all the time, in acoustic sets the band does + full blown gigs with kit etc that maybe there isn't a lot of stage room. Great wee basses!
 16. Selling my fantastic little SUB U-Bass, as I have one of the custom ones . . . In all honesty there is little difference in sound between them. I have giged this bass and it sounds amazing! Sunburst like the one in this video, great example of the sounds - http://youtu.be/jY-0pebONW0 You can't get these in the UK, ebay in the states sells them but then you have customs charges and the such. Hasn't seen much action, so it's in great condition. Comes with a padded UBass soft case. £250 cash in hand or £260 shipped in the UK. Based in Glasgow. 20.
I've been a member her a while, and was a member in former incarnations. From time to time, and certainly recently there have been mutterings about this forum not being what it used to be (I myself have muttered), and some old members have moved on as the result. These days I tend to just think to myself 'Beedster, it's just the cycle of life, everything seems to change, but things just tend to stay the same anyway. BC is still what it's always been" Then I came to this thread today, and my views have changed. The fact that this bass has survived unsold for over 1 month indicates one thing and one thing only. There is something seriously wrong with Basschat these days
I am suprised this is still here myself mate. I will keep plugging it away until payday this month where I might just pull the trigger on a precision and keep this as well . . What the Mrs will say is a different matter.
 21. A lot of great bass for the price!
 22.
I've got a 77 precision that I want to hang on to, but I'm considering selling my 3eq 2002 Stingray... This would make a fab replacement. .
I might be bias . . But get this mate, you won't regret it!
