2.
Pm'd
Now on hold for Raslee . . . he was the first to mail. The $300 quote was for both replacement speakers. Cheers for looking guys, l will go to the next person to message if the deal falls through.
 3. Selling my Schroeder 1515L bass cab, Basically it need 2 new speakers! The round magnet drivers on the back of them have snapped off. I have contacted Jorg @ Schroeder and he will send new replacement speakers over here including postage for $300. Here is my original thread detailing whats up with it - http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 I am looking for £100 including postage to a UK address. ON HOLD!! Bank transfer only please. Cheers
 4. I think my biggest mistake was parting with my Eden WT800 . . . . loved that amp - clean, warm & powerful. I have a Crown XTI1000 power amp in the cupboard, so might try the pre + amp setup . . . but that could weight a ton. Not sure if the Orange Terror is my thing sound wise . . . the GB added just the right amount of grit if i required it, usually not alot. Other than the Orange what is putting out more than 450/500 when driving a 8ohm cab?? . . l cant find much. Checking the Carvin just now Karl!
 5. Alright guys, Recently made a total arse of an deal which involved me selling my GB Streamliner 900 to fund a Aguilar amp that was for sale locally . . . Deal fell through and l am left amp-less! Looking for ideas for an new amp to power my Barefaced bass Big Baby 2 cab. It sounded great with the GB900, and l enjoyed the size and how lightweight it was, but would consider a larger amp size (like the Aguilar AG500). Had a trawl through the forum here looking at all the various 'micro amp' heads . . . . nothing compairs power wise to the GB900 as far as l can see. Does anyone have anymore recommendations? Mind the BigBaby2 can handle upto 800watt @ 8ohm, l want something up there powerwise. I really like the Aguilar stuff, but something like the TH500 would only be putting around 250watts into the BB2. A second BB2 cab might me an idea further down the line. Budget up to £800ish. Cheers guys!
 6. Selling my GB Streamliner 900 head . . . its in great condition, sounds amazing going into my Barefaced BB2 cab. Really powerful! Have my eye on some Aguilar amps l am going to go for. Included a fitted Gator bag with fits the amp perfectly. Pictures to follow this evening (when l am back from work). SOLD Cheers, Chris. 7. I ended up pulling the trigger on the soundcraft, 12 channels was the minimum due to the size of the band. Anyone interested in a Allen & Heath PA28 with a fitted Thon hard case? Postage not an option! LoL
 8.
Am happy with my Soundcraft 16 channel, however with power amp (mid weight), driverack and well built flight case ... it is now too heavy. Watch the weight, and size as you have found.
Cheers mate, we are using active tops . . the desk would be in its own case.
 9. Looking to pull the trigger on a new mixer for the bands PA. Any recommendations? Coming from the Allen & Heath PA28 . . great desk but to big for our needs. Must be at least 12 (xlr) channels, compact & built in fx . . . limit £500. Looking at the Soundcraft MFXI 12. Cheers guys!!
 10.
Let me out-pedant you. They are not Wizard pick-ups now so Wizard don't make them (or anything else) anymore.
Boom . . Correct! I haven't tried the new ones but these are the original made ones which I know sound amazing. Pictures as requested, sorry thought I had attached they ones. I'm an idiot! 12.
Hey all, Have been watching this thread since Royal Blood played on the Jools Holland show. Always been into making the fake guitar sounds and this band have nailed it. Anyway, using what I've got I've updated my board and have recorded a go of 'Out of the Black' complete with the pedalboard dancing for the fake guitar sound.
Really enjoyed that man, whats the layout / signal chain if you don't mind telling the world? Cheers
