    chords wanted

Hello you helpful fellers, I wonder if someone knows the chords of "Wadin'" by Horace Parlan. I've tried iTunes, Chordify, and the likes, but to no avail. Hints will be very appreciated. b n
  2. Eleven years on ... ... I found this thread. I wonder if it is still topical. I am convinced of Leatherwood Bespoke Rosin. It is expensive. It comes in various grades. You can mix the grades. It does NOT SPRAY onto the instrument. It STAYS on the strings. Check out Geigenbau Bartsch > Zubehör > Kolophonium Cheers bn
  3. Hi @Bassist on the run, where did you get those inspiring green strings? Who makes them?
  4. Absolutely.
  5. More pics ready? Looks interesting. Who made that bass?
  6. Welcome SimonC. Never too old to start something new. I took up the double bass four years ago, at 69 years. meanwhile I play in a jazz band. Have fun with your new instrument. Basso navo
  7. Groovy greets from Germany🍻
  8. The same goes for Joan Baez. Her tremolo makes me run for cover.
  9. A good friend of mine always (and I mean: always) hums "Summertime" to soothe themselves. It only stops when one engages them in a conversation, which keeps me babbling, which in turn makes me feel very uncomfortable.
  10. That's a match. I seem to be the most niche member so far. Fine with me. Still thankful for any future helpful reply. bn
  11. Hello disciples of the bassic tones, I need your help: Who else other than Jamie Callum sings "What a difference a day made" in the key of F? Thankful for your useful replies basso navo
