Total Watts

  1. Nope. They're much higher tension.
  2. Roswell alnico '51 style pickup. Ideal for a '51 style P or upgrade for a squier bronco bass. 9k output. £20 plus £5 postage (UK only).

  3. Not sure how you attach the other wires to the pot with the PCB block in the way, looks tricky to solder the PCB block with the live and ground wires going to the same lug(s). Fast and easy with these, but only as a temporary solution to test or try different pups. Think there's a hole in the center where you may be able to screw it to the body to stop it rattling.
  4. You can get a two way terminal, costs pence. Put live and ground with corresponding wires soldered from volume pot. But unless you find a way to secure it, it'll rattle under the pickguard or control cavity.
  5. A solderless loom does this job. EMG do an active version.
  6. Was wondering if anyone uses them, and their thoughts on sound and tension?
  7. That's most kind. I'd point out your pickguard is 10 hole, while standard mim are 13, so it'll fit ok, but the holes won't align, so new holes will need to be drilled into the body.
  8. Yeah, that's why I said period accurate, and not specially year or 62 accurate. Those tuners were used in the 60s.
  9. Message was sent yesterday. But doesn't come into affect till next week. It doesn't apply to bulky items, so basses should be OK to send with own postage rate.
  10. Why don't people post this sort of question in the Amps & Cabs section, where they talk ohms?
  11. Because these are period accurate, hence the RI.
  12. That's wicked. 😉
  13. Looks like a bog standard sunburst to me. Doesn't the Hama Okamoto have tort pickguard, bridge cover etc?
  14. A fender CS 63 will give the op what they want. Along with the right strings, flats won't do it.
