It’s good at low volume, but my Hotone Nano Legacy head is better as there’s more control over the low volumes whereas this gets loud quickly!

So I just acquired this from hen barn of this parish - a top fella he is! I heard Mick’s Elf at the SE bass bash and was impressed, I think this will be perfect for my gig in a rock band for kids, and for rehearsals etc. Saturday I’ll find out for sure... He she is, perched atop my delightful Barefaced One10:

Steve is a true gent, I bought a Trace Elliot Elf from him and he very kindly waited for me to return for a short break and then arranged to bring it to a convenient meeting place whilst running other errands. Top chap!

I use a Hotone Nano Legacy with headphones or my BF One10. It’s perfect for home practice - you can run an mp3 player into it if you wish. And it sounds like a mini SVT!
