1. I had a conversation with Bobby at BF about that - in theory the two One10s will have slightly less real bass output due to the design but there's not a lot in it if the Two10 is vertical
2. Brilliant combos. I had one with the 4x8 extension cab, it was glorious. Just very heavy! That's a bloody steal of a price too
3. Thanks all. He's investigating re-potting first then we'll look at the DiMarzio and Seymour Duncan ideas
4. Hi all, My drummerist has a Gibson SG Studio bass he noodles on at home. Apparently the pickups are horribly microphonic and he's got to the point of no return and he wants to switch them out for something else. Any recommendations for suitable drop in pup replacements? Cheers! Mert
5. I have a spare DM5 Pro drum for my son's drumkit. Bought it when I didn't realise I could use standard drum skin to replace a torn head, so it's totally surplus to requirements. It's used but good condition. Price includes UK postage. Photos to follow Sold pending
6. That's insanely cheap! These amps are brilliant

No rig

Here's mine: .|. nothing to see here
8. Lovely! One day I will get me one of these...
9. Hobbyist who is lucky to get paid for every gig I do, and I hopefully convey a professional attitude
10. Turn the cab on its side and then lie down onstage?
11. That has to be one of the quickest eBay buys ever, nice!
12.
Having said that, time from 'I could really do with another amp to save me bringing the EB 180 downstairs' to 'congratulations on your purchase' was under 5 mins!
Sounds about right. I have pretty much done the same with speccing a new ACG for a specific dep gig for christsakes!
13. Even better! Is it the one from somewhere in Kent?
14. Excellent, I quite fancy the Spyder 550 head on there but have other priorities at the moment! Get some pics and a little review up ASAP
15. I have an 8ohm 2x12 if you can get to Sevenoaks? I know it's not the ideal spec per your ad but if it helps you out of a hole and nothing else is forthcoming I'm happy to be of assistance
16. The very first MAGs (and ABMs for that matter) used Celestion drivers. They changed to "Blueline" Sica drivers around 2001 IIRC, though they have done some random cabs such as the Neo series and the first gen RM-MAG series with black-coned drivers again. Hope that helps a little
17. Two10 and LB30 is a match made in heaven, believe me.
18.
Wow, is anyone else listening to this album. I regularly listen to new music from all sorts of genres and this really shines on so many levels. The musicianship and production are awesome, the lyrics and vocal are outstanding and it rocks. There are loads of highs and lows along with musical surprises. Here are a couple of tracks. It's ace!
19. Here's a shot of both my rigs combined. I am seriously tempted to do a gig where I run the RM800 head through the RM110 cab with overdrive and the lows rolled off, then run the ABM EVO through the VS212 clean... The EVO is an old 2002 UK-built jobbie (though some of the boards inside date back earlier than that), absolutely pristine in and out and reaffirms my love of it as an amp. Superb power and (dare I say it) heft
20. As sealed as they can be given the packets aren't hermetically sealed, yes. In other words they've never left their individual protective envelopes
