2. Another solicitor meeting tomorrow, means another bill, means another bump
3. One day I'll own 12 ACGs, but at the moment I will have to settle for none Assuming someone buys this...
4. Si bought an unneeded pedalboard from me, dead quick and easy transaction
5.
I managed to get my CTM300 for £600, no issues with the amp at all! It's just a case of looking and finding the right thing!
Holy crap that's ridiculously cheap!! If I find a bargain like that the CTM100 will be on its way out the door!!
6. OK, really got to go coz of these damn solicitors: £640 shipped to the UK with the Hiscox case £620 shipped with a gig bag Hell you could buy it with the hiscox case and flog the case for more than the difference there.
7.
That really depends on what cab you're using & if it knows what to do with that "full 550" watts.
8. Bump with the dimensions - they don't fit Nige's bass! 9. Glad you like! I never noticed the fan so apologies for that - in a gig situation it'll not be a problem of course but that's by the by It really is a good amp, not a perfect valve amp copy but good enough, I think you summed it up well Can I have it back now, I miss it?
10. One nibble but not yet nobbled! And yes, sadly Mrs Solicitor said no to taking this as payment

Mark is a top fella, bought an MB Fusion from me over the weekend. Very smooth and quick transaction, cheers, and enjoy the amp
12. It's a preamp valve. Very unlikely to fail I would have thought, unless it was faulty to begin with?
13. I can measure next time I get to my amp (it's in the band's van at the mo!) but they are slightly wider than a Super Compact so at a guess about 47cm
14.
Bought it from a Basschatter. I'm sure he would have mentioned it if it were a noisy one. Wouldn't he?
It's the one thing I didn't mention as I needed the sale Haha, no to be honest it's been impressively quiet and even the DI is cleaner than my SansAmp for some reason.
15. I'll remember that if I ever choose to sell it! Likely to be a long term keeper though, it's brilliant and for once my drummer actually noticed and complimented my new amp choice! Ashdown got this one dead right I think.

17.
I think Merton just bought Walbassist's http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2317157

58cm wide but what's the centre to centre measurement of the feet on it? Will it sit on my BFBT2 ?
Hello! Yes I bought Gareth's CTM100, and fan-bloody-tastic it is too! I gig it with either one or two Barefaced Super Compacts. They have to lie on their side for the amp to look sensible, plus the feet are slightly too far apart for it to sit on the cab with the cab the "right" way up: As for how it copes, 100W is the minimum I'd gig with when talking valve power, I think that there will be some gigs where I could do with a little more clean headroom but on the whole it's an immense sound and I love it EDIT: yes you can rag the power valves and get a lovely creamy breakup without making the guitarist cry or the hotel manager come and escort you from the premises
18. Pictures as promised: £650 including shipping to the UK mainland, bargainous
19. Still here, still got to be traded for money
