1.
None of these 'tests' performed by any of the mags or experts are official tests. They are merely their way of attempting to gauge the watts. Which leads me to ignore them now. In the real world outside forums, the RH750 completely slays. So did the RH450. There are plenty of traditional amps that have also 'struggled' to hit their wattage. Eg: Mesa 400+ (ridiculously expensive, huge, and heavy) Ampeg SVT Pro 3 (not my cup of tea at all, and needs to be maxxed out on the gain and master to keep up with amps in the same category that are barely ticking over). Personally, I don't care about wattage. My Orange AD200b could smash down walls, but it depends what you want it for. I've given up on caring about the advantages and disadvantages of neo/ceramic class D/tube/SMPS, etc. Play what you like, for the right reasons. If it sound great and has good quality aftercare (eg like Genz) then stick with it.
All of this

 3. Sounds like the same thing we had with the TC RH450 and 750
 4.
Fusion sounds nice in the demos. Only £480 at thomann. How is the build in comp to the mb 200? My 200 is fine just does not feel that substantial.
Sorry, been away a few days. The build quality is fine, it's a fair but heavier than the 200 (but still ridiculously light!) so feels a bit more solid but I don't have a problem with it or the 200
 5. Personally I found the 500 more "brittle" hence switching to the Fusion. Just my 2c of course. I might gig my 200 tonight, tiny little Wedding barn probably doesn't need the Fusion...
 6.
In fact depending on how it is with my cabs I might get the bigger version.
That's what I did, tho I ended up swapping the MB500 for an MB Fusion The MB200 is an astonishingly good little amp IMO
 7.
I am having serious difficulties preventing myself from buying a Super12T. I fear the next time I drink I will be unable to stop myself!
I can see no problem with this at all.
 8. QUite interested in sound samples of the Subdecay... I'm new to exciting pedals y'see
 9. Drool. Good luck with the sale, gorgeous bass and a good price, as already said just not a great seller's market
 10.
it would be quite ammusing to watch someone playing a rickenbagger :-)
Haha, like it
 11. One small correction to HJ's post, I believe the donation per entrant is £10, not £5
 12.
Sanderstead eh? I'm down the road in Selsdon.

Probably more like along the road, we're between Purley Oaks and Sanderstead train stations...
And I'm a little further down the road in Redhill...
 13.
I must learn to be quicker I must learn to be quicker I must learn to be quicker . . .
I thought the same thing
 14.
Count me in. Let me know if there's anything in particular from this lot that you want me to bring. Andy
Shark and/or Electro please. And if I bring enough notes can I take one home...
 15. @Plunger - do it, you can't go wrong IMO, both with the amp and the case!
 16. Tomorrow, it's in the band lock up at the moment!
 17. Good call! I did do this, but I now have a flightcase with by MB Fusion, MB200, all my Leads and spares batteries/strings/fuses... One case, all possibilities covered But for £20 you really can't go wrong with these Maplin cases, and they are perfect for micro amps
 18. Used to have one, by far and away my favourite Class AB amp ever. Versatile, loud, built like a tank. Miss it but now I have a Class D amp which is almost as good and has an OD channel too
 19. I've used DR Black Beauties and Red Devils, both sets lasted over two years of reasonable gigging, recording and rehearsing. About to swap my Red Devils for some Black Beauties again, I love them
 20. Alan is a top fella to buy from too, really looks after his gear
 21.
Great! Re vocal workshop, can people let me know things that they find difficult, or what sort of help they'd be looking for, e.g. i sing backing vocals but don't feel confident i find i struggle with consistency across my range
These two. I was doing some "ooohs" over a chorus on Sunday and our guitarist turned ot me and said "ooh, nice!" so the next chorus I totally f**ked it up
 22. I'll be there! I like the vocal workshop idea and Mikey's idea, that could be fun Mert
