    I reckon it'll be the lighter ply based upon the design of the silver grille cloth (they both came in around the same time IIRC), but that's a guess only

Personally I found the 500 too harsh but love the full fat tones from the Fusion whilst it keeps the upper mids for some bite but not in the same brittle way.

    The min nominal impedance of the 450 is 2.66 ohms IIRC so any three cabs should be ok.
