The 4x8 combo is a beast. I used to own one. About 42kg IIRC, I put castors on it... 2 vales in the pre, solid state power amp. Will sound similar to the Commando coz of the preamp in the Commando basically being a solid state (FET) version of the valve pre in the 4x8. HTH
