I may well have been far too hasty in getting antsy about this but I am still yet to receive any communication to tell me what's going on. Public apology to Graham for yesterday's email, it was hasty and uncalled for as I still don't know what's going on, however I really would like an update. It's ot unreasonable to ask for some communication when I've spent two weeks waiting for an item I have paid for immediately up front, is it?

Other way round- metal grille first then your one. This came out about 1996 iirc then your version around 1998 i think

I've asked nicely for further details of where my Bright Box (if it exists) is, and now I've resorted to being quite rude to him. It could be that there's a nice easy explanation to all of this, but the longer I go without any form of response or Bright Box, the less likely I find this. Graham, if you're reading this, you have until 9am tomorrow morning to get me an answer before I go to whatever relevant authorities I can. Doubt they'll do anything but I've got to try.
