1. Good work Stevie! Like the investigative journalism Very interesting reading, makes me glad I didn't get the Mini15s I was looking at earlier this year
  2. So Alex and I realised today there's no pic of Compact and Vintage together... ...well, here are two slightly fuzzy pics for you! I gotta say, the Compact looked awesome but the Vintage looks stunning, can't wait for its first gig!
  3. Just under 24 hours til I get mine
  4.
All gone! Alex
5.
One Vintage unsold, all other cabs gone! Alex
Mighty tempted to swap my Compact for the Vintage already, saves buying another Compact in the future.... Hmmmm.

    RIP R,5,R,5...

Very sad news, I always enjoyed reading his posts. My condolences to his family and basses
  7.
Just had to post this
Nice!! I had an NA320 for a short while and loved it to bits when played solo, but never got on with it in a band setting. Would love to try one again though, think i know where I was going wrong before
  8.
The Compact is a bit more like a super tight, super loud Trace 1153.
+1. And with a better low end response IME.
  9. Have heard the Compact powered by a Shuttle 6 and it was awesome No experience of any other micro heads at all I'm afraid. I'm less lightweight with my head - it's an LH500... First gig on Saturday though so expect full report when I get a chance sometime next week
  10. Well that's rather good looking isn't it!
  11.
I think I embarrassed your Uncle in front of his lads, he was struggling with the cab and I took it off him and it was soooo light so I said 'wow this is really light'!
Haha! He had a go at me when I loaded it into his car saying that it wasn't anywhere near as light as I'd made out. Ah well....
  12.
Any of you fellow BCers in the East Grinstead area fancy coming down to the Crow's Nest tonight then my band, Big G's Band, will be 'on stage' from 9pm-12am. We don't play many pub gigs, mostly private/corporate engagements, so this should be a blast for us - no stress!! Hurrah!! Free admission, half-decent beer and (hopefully) some good music!! Laters... CB
How did it go? We were at a wedding in Charlwood, was awesome fun. We're next at the @Nest in July, 18th I think...
  13. Mikey - if you buy from Touchstone let me know, they're just round the corner from me so I can go collect/kick ass/ask questions if need be
  14. Peter is a gent and was a pleasure to do business with. Hope you enjoy the cab! (Did it arrive safely last night?!
  15.
Oh and to add, also with Trace Elliot experience, the new stuff is JUST as good, if not better than the old originals. If anything, you get more power!
+1 - my experience of the new cabs is all positive, I'll miss the 1518 (on its way to Greeneking as I type this!). Soooooooo tempted by the 1518c cabs (Stop it)
  16. Bump- how does £35+shipping sound? This has been being used to house my LH500 recently but finally bought a proper rack for that!
  17.
Stop it! Stop it now!!!
Yes, I agree. Please!

  22. Compact is here and looks lovely - like the badge! Can't wait to gig it but sadly have to wait until the 27th of June I'd forgotten how light this baby is, I think the band will love it for that even before they hear it
  23.
Those ones have just departed with Fedex 24 so should be there tomorrow! Alex
Sweeeeet. (That's the 2nd time I've said that in this thread today!) As for endorsements, that reminds me, tonight I'll linky barefaced on the function band's site
  24.
A cab or eight... Alex
Sweeeeeeeeet
