Me too. Current count is 5, none of them are particularly prolific in rehearsing and gigging so I'm not madly busy but I'm covering rock, blues, pop, punk and kids music so can't complain.
Enjoy them all @AndyTravis
As in the brand is also owned by G4M or or they sold the brand (to ANOther) and the UK stock to G4M? Sorry for a pedantic question but it may give us a clue to their future!
Watched 5/6 of this tonight. Love it, really cool.
Speaking of the various all-female punk bands, I used to be in a band with one of the Ramonas. I think she hated me for a long time because of the fact I quit that band 😅
My wife works for an electronics components company. Their factories are currently operating on leadtimes between 4 months and 13. Yes, over a year on a lead time for a tiny little crystal for your digital circuit timing, worth $0.02.
They are but a tiny part of the massive puzzle which @agedhorse has discussed above. It’s just one of those things right now, sadly.
Cheers It’s a Tourtech TTPB-4. I was in two minds between the Pedaltrain Classic Jr and the Warwick Rockboard 3.1 but this was cheaper than both and the reviews suggested it was just as good. I have to say I am hard pressed to tell the difference in quality between this and my (soon to be for sale 😅) Pedaltrain Metro16
Just received my Machinist from Barefaced after winning their competition on Instagram. Can’t wait to fire it up later today when I’m free from meetings...
Also worth reiterating (because you’d be surprised how many people do this...) a “standard” Jack-Jack guitar cable is NOT the same as a Jack-Jack speaker cable. Do not use an instrument cable for a speaker connection.
Same story with me; in fact it was the exact same Recurve bass which took me on my journey. My first ACG Custom, a 33” Finn 5, was superb but as soon as I then got a 32” Finn 4 I realised I wanted a slightly shorter 5 too. I now have 4 ACGs of different flavours but they are all bang on what they were supposed to be, based upon my learnings from that first Recurve and Finn.
Not quite. Yes in so far as I want the power section (which that is) but no because I want to basically bastardise an ABM and OriginAL for parts and merge the two together into something with a smaller footprint.
The main things stopping me are:
1. Lack of electronickery know how (I might have done a degree in the subject but that was 20 years ago and I haven’t touched it since!)
2. Cost for getting all the parts together
3. Er, that’s it 🤓
