It's funny that this came up as I realised about a week ago I was pouring over Def Leppard's "Early Years" boxset, with remasters of the first two albums (High'n'Dry is still my favourite record of theirs) plus lots of hidden gems from early singles, radio shows, Reading festival 1980 and even better, their entire set from Oxford whilst they were on their 1980 headline tour. They really were a great young band and aren't the same without Steve Clark and Pete Willis. Whatever you think of their other output those first three albums were great.
