8.
This bass is a classic - bump.........
It is a classic indeed, John Paul Jones in the Led Zepp 1 and II days. Thats as cool as you get in my book.
9. This is really difficult but has to be done. My beloved Jazz has to move on She is in great condition. Made in 1999 and has had the following upgrades: 1) Fender High Mass Vintage Bridge fitted. (orig still with the bass) 2) Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder Pickups fitted. (Orig pickups no longer with bass) 3) Fender / Hipshot D-tuner Fitted. (orig machinehead still with bass) As jazzes go this one is superb, a real peach, plays very sleeky with plenty of lovely Jazz tones. For sale due to having to reduce the number of basses. Comes with hard case. PS: It also comes with white pick guard and Fender chrome bridge/pick up covers (unfitted) £700 + p&p Cheers Col
10. Its always been about the journey. No other skill that I possess has taken me to so many extremes of experience. Ive hit some of my goals,, owned some MEGA basses that I now wish I hadnt sold on, and failed miserably to reach other goals but who knows?? The best may be yet to come. I just love playing with like minded muso's who love to chat gear and swap old stories over a few bevvies. Oh, and another thing it doesnt hurt like Rugby...which I quit to be able to continue playing as the gigs clashed with the games (saturdays) I was also paranoid about my hands getting mashed......I did get a great broken nose as a trophy though PS: Ive always found it helps to display confidence in your art and have a healthy disregard for audience requirements..............makes the buzz even more rewarding when it HAPPENS
11. We traded guitars in a motorway services car park. Stuart is a gent and very true to his word. A nice friendly and easy transaction. Top bloke. Thanks Stuart Col

15. I used a TNT 150 in my early days. Worked wonders with my EB Stingray and a pick (hadnt mastered the fingerstyle back then) It went purely because I needed more onstage power and moved to a full Marshall Jubilee Stack, tonewise it was grand and never let me down. The built in Chorous was a little naff but hey, it had a switch!!! Great gig memories with that amp C
