Have you thought about taking the guitar into GuitarGuitar in Glasgow? As you may know, they have a repair and set up department in the bass department and if they can’t undertake the work they may know of someone local who can. Merchant City Music also have a repair section and whilst I’ve had some set up work done to a guitar at GuitarGuitar (which is fine). I have no experience of the Merchant City Music repairs department, but they seem like nice guys when you go in and may be able to help if you talk to them.
