NO TRADES I'm afraid. I bought this head new mid March this year, so it is just seven months old and is immaculate. The mains cable and mp3 cable are unused and included in the original box. It has masses of headroom, fast transient response and the build quality is fabulous. Here's a link to Bass Direct's info page: http://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/Eich_t_900_amplifier.html New price on these is £789. I'm asking £500 including UK p&p so a saving of nearly £280 for amp that would pass as new.

I recently had the pleasure of doing an amp and cab deal with Stuart, another thoroughly nice chap I never got to meet in person (typical Basschat transaction?!). I was the seller in this instance and the transaction was easy from start to finish, despite the snow delaying delivery to him.

I bought this in December with the intention of running under my TKS 1x15. Unfortunately, it doesn't match in terms of size and, although both cabs sound great individually, together something isn't quite right. It is in the same condition as it was when I received it but I have put one of the Barefaced replacement handles on. I paid £375 delivered and that's what I'd like to recoup, so to be clear, postage is included. Sorry, no trades. I have Andy's permission to resurrect his advert and here it is:

Just bought a very nice cab from Andy. Not only has he clearly looked after it during his ownership, but his packing for courier transport was absolutely incredible. The cab was exactly as described and Andy kept me updated during the p&p process. A top Basschatter....

I went down this route when I had a shoulder problem and the bass I found most comfortable was a Chowny SWB-1. It's a short scale so an easy stretch to the low F and, at 8lbs, was quite comfortable for a couple of hours on a strap.

I've has this bass from new (2017) and it is immaculate. It's the Scott Whitley model made in India. The colour is vintage blue according to Chowny's website but it looks like daphne blue. The fretboard is ebony and the fretwork is to a very high standard. 38mm nut width. The neck itself is slender and narrow and is very fast and easy to navigate. It's a typical JJ pickup configuration with selector switch. It's passive, but the natural sound is quite modern. Further down the listing are links to two videos which give an idea of how versatile these basses are. The sale includes a £100 Gator case that is an almost perfect fit, and p&p. Retail these are £395 and £100 for the case. Asking price a reasonable £345 delivered. Sorry, NO trades; I have just spent a huge amount on a Martin Sims Enfield so could do with the cash! You mean like this: https://youtu.be/xDrR6SGoNdw

That was me. I asked the receiver to double check my measurements and then the matter was dropped once I had explained to Parcel2go. A bit naughty and the moral of the story is to photograph any parcel you are sending, especially with a tape alongside showing the various dimensions.

This is a rather good version of an Adele song: https://youtu.be/2F_fg4QrBvI

I have just received an additional charge from Parcel2Go for a parcel I sent last month. They are claiming that I owe an extra £9.50 because it was larger that I stated on my original form. Now I'm 99% certain I didn't muck this up because I measured at least three times to be sure but I can't access the original form to see if I'm correct. Should I pay this or ignore it?
