  1. I recently purchased a Digitech Drop pedal from Nick and had a complete hassle free transaction. The pedals in perfect working condition and I got it for a very very reasonable price. Nick was great to deal with and made the whole purchase go without a hitch. I'd highly recommend
  2. Got myself a nano pedalboard and a drop pedal so had an upgrade since I last posted my board around a year ago. Don't judge my shit cable management ๐Ÿ˜‚ or the floor that needs a hoover
  3. I was going to say my squire 60s precision bass but a few days ago I purchased a Digitech Drop pedal and that has replaced it on top ๐Ÿ˜‚ wanted one for ages
  4. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ I can't see Arry or Maiden Holdings plc signing off on this utter tosh.
  5. Just wanted to update here I purchased the bassbuzz course and surprised myself with just how much I knew somewhere in the old grey matter that I cancelled my subscription after the first month and haven't looked for another course since then. I don't regret buying a month of the course as it have me confidence in my playing ability
  6. OT I know but does anyone know somewhere to get Bass tabs from that are saveable to PDF? All the ones I find charge you to download them which isn't any good as I want them to use on my iPad
  7. All sorted now thanks for your help guys
  8. So I connect direct to my tc bh250?
  9. Doesn't warrant a new thread so I'll ask here but does anyone know what lead I'd need to connect the zoom b3 to my Markbass Traveler 102p? I'm guessing it would be through the XLR but there are so many options of leads I don't want to purchase one to find it's the wrong one
  10. Iโ€™ve been playing both pick and finger style since I started and like to think I do so very comfortably but I did play electric guitar before switching to bass due to the fact my hands are too big to play a guitar comfortably so thatโ€™s more than likely helped
  11. I'm a big HB fan and own 3 of there instruments and love there basses but I yesterday purchased a squier cv precision pj bass so I'll have to give these a miss for a lil bit
  12. I've found a few open Mic nights this eve on your rec and so I'll be checking them out in the next week or so
  13. My brother In law is a drummer and we've jammed before and I spent months looking for guitar players and a singer which we did eventually find but after one jam he backed out sighting life issues and the other three just fell apart sadly
  14. I'm probably not the only one in this position but for the life of me I just cannot find a covers band in my area (Southend, Essex) that's looking for a bassist. I don't care what type of music as long as it's not funk or jazz and I'm not bothered if they are older than me (I'm 38) I just want to play with others I've tried Facebook groups, Craig's list, joinmyband, bandmix, posting to YouTube, Instagram, x, tiktok, hell I've posted physical adverts in music shop windows and the local papers and I've not even had a sniff. Is it really that hard to find fellow musicians?
