Have to admit that since finding the ability to download custom DLC for Rocksmith some two or so years ago I've raked up an obscene amount of hours playing. And dare I say it but it's actually improved my playing ability over time Any other basschat members play?

I've noticed that when I play I very rarely if ever can get through songs (covers) with 100% of the notes hit. I seem to be unable to play a song without the odd mistake (not that anybody but me would notice unless you played the song yourself) I've read that even the pros have this issue but it's still in the back of my mind that I've made the mistake and I'm sure I'm not the only one here with the issue. My question is.... How the heck do you get along with this problem? 😬😁

Since buying my new Bass (a Harley Benton model) I've found my ibanez sr300eb difficult to play. I've tried giving it a fresh setup, tried different strings, lower action etc and still the bass just doesn't feel as comfortable and easy to play as it once did. Has anyone ever experienced this and if so how did you get round it?

In a similar boat here Myself and brother in law who's a drummer both in our late 30s currently jam together once a month but we've been looking for a singer and guitarists for a while now with zero result Just got to keep on searching I guess and eventually we will strike gold

Wasn't bad but wasn't great either It's just me and a drummer at present as we search for others to join a covers band we are aiming to start so we play to a backing track currently I felt like my playing was far from good to my standards but it's just a bit of fun at present so perfect time to get the errors out and dealt with

I managed to sort it by downloading each track from the app by using the Moises website and then uploading it to my Dropbox for use on the iPad and it worked a charm

Sorted it at last 😁 hidden away in other settings on Mobilesheets is the option "allow audio from other applications" and switching that on resolved the issue. I must of overlooked that last night in frustration Thanks for your help EDIT: Scrap that it's doing it again! I'm wondering if it's Moises app being temperamental

I'm unsure where to put this so I apologies if it's not the correct section. I'm using the Moises app on IOS to remove the bass, drums when me and my drummer jam but when I minimize the app to go into mobilesheets it's completely stopping the audio from the Moises app. I got it to work once but now it's not having any of it and I'm at my wits end trying to work it out

Can anyone recommend a good online course (most courses I've found are expensive) or book for music theory when it comes to the bass? Im currently reading Music Theory for The Bass Player by Ariane Cap but have already found it a struggle very early on answering questions regarding finding the same note on two adjacent strings

I've been scanning my tab books into Onsong but when I scan said tabs they always do not fit to the size of the iPad screen leaving a tiny bit that means I have to scroll down. Anyone have any idea how to fix the aspect ratio please?
