    Placed an order beginning of October, paid with Paypal immediately. Got the confirmation email. Then nothing. Over the last 10 days I've sent half a dozen emails and called twice (leaving message on answerphone). What next? Anyone else had problems with them?

    This is for sale by a friend of mine who doesn't circulate on here. He's an honest lad but needs to free up some cash so I offered to post the ad for him. The descriptions of the items are his, and any enquiries will be given his mobile number so you can deal direct with him. We're both in Teesside/North Yorks area and he would prefer local pick up but drop off is negotiable if not too far. He has a 2006 (ish) Squier fat Strat in metallic red with black pickguard. The strings are in good condition, little fretwear and no problems with trem or bridge. Tone and volume pots are crackle free and all good. There are a few chips near the base of the body as shown. The amp is a 30W Marshall which is listed in the other forum. he's described it as "dusty" but in full working order. I think he'd prefer the two to go together but will split. I'm so pleased you said that! I had a feel of one in the Guitar Guitar, Newcastle and thought it would be a nice upgrade to the Squier CV and the neck felt nicer. That white American Standard has been coming down in the classifieds to £700 which was very tempting but I'm sticking with this.
